This is certainly better than having a ton of separate messages, but let me just suggest to everyone that if you're looking for a particular Queen clip, search YouTube and you can find nearly anything.. in case you didn't know.
Also, if a particular user there has a lot of interesting stuff, you might consider just linking to their profile rather than filling the thread with a ton of different video links.
I'm only being psychic here. I can see this thread becoming multi-page fast and extra-special stuff getting lost in the shuffle ;)

I'd like to see what DaveRFuller could do by way of making a proper video for the song.
ETA: I think, what I like about this is the tempo(bass is fab), the sort of breathiness of it, and, oddly, there is something about Freddie's voice that strikes me. I suppose it is that, with Queen songs, Freddie's voice has done a lot of traveling, and, here, it is sort of coming home, in a sense. I dunno, but, I LIKE it.

It was nice to see an interviewer who did his homework & actually brought something to the table. I once saw this Korean interview with Roger in which the interviewers kept saying "nay" ("yes" in Korean) inducing hilarious results and a very confused Roger.

I'm pretty sure that clip is on one of the greatest video hit DVDs. Not sure which one but definetly one of the offical dvds

You started a new account to say that? Well assuming you're not Dave standing up for himself, here's my answer : Dave was perfectly fine a couple of years ago when asking me for a sample of Face it Alone, which I happily sent to him unconditionally.  Almost sounded grateful, actually! Now that's not at all disingenuous, is it?  Acting nice to someone you don't like in order to get an mp3 of a song you don't have?  Then I post a JOKE comment on one of his videos ... (seriously, I was only kidding)  and he writes abusive nonsense to me and my nephew in about 3 different media.  I tried my best to make him understand that we were only jesting (and that he shouldn't be so egotistical about his 'success' because it only revolves around uploading other people's content with next-to-no actual editing involved)  and he continues to be abusive. He can be proud of his millions of video views; but I've got those too, and I didn't get it by being a Queen jukebox.  He shouldn't knock people who are better at creating videos than he is - end of story.   I'll be frank with you - I couldn't be *less* jealous. And knowing that he doesn't want to respond to anything I say, I'll say it again : Dave, we're sorry you took our comment seriously.  It wasn't malicious.  Your reaction says volumes, though.

09.10.2009 10:40		 This is our Lego-version of Scandal. It's the latest of our many Queen-tributes we have done. I think it's the best tribute we have done so far! And actually I think it's the last Queen-tribute we are doing. It seems a bit selfish to "overdue" tributes with your own creativity. The reasons why we doing it, is because it's a great way to share and inspire others and introduce  Queen to many people. They're the best band ever and deserves to have a Own video in LEGO-form! In that way I think you Keep Queen and Freddie Mercury's Spirit Alive! And THAT is something in the right direction. Scandal is one of my favorite Queen songs and I'm very proud of being a Queen-fan!  The single Scandal was released in 10'th of October 1989,    which is exactly 20 years ago! That is something to celebrate!       (Sorry my bad English)

He recorded (per one hour) about one hour a day (each day) from May to November in 1991. Maybe Queen recorded many songs during six months, not only You don't fool me, Mother Love and A winter tale. I am sure that he recorded songs from solo album Blue rock (1991). The leader of Queen drunk vodka (alcohol) and he took the painkillers (pills) because of horrible pain . May Taylor and Deacon gave him many song (written hits) . Queen worked in recording studio every day and every month in 1988,1989, 1990 and 1991. They recorded from 300 to 400 songs from 1988 to 1991 but It is my suggestion.

hiya, it looks like a bit of stage business. extreme closeup turns face into a stage or screen in this case. Like rising the curtain at start of the song, it punctuates what's to come (from blank look to very emotive, just as the song swings from quiet reflection to celebratory pathos.) you see liza doing similar things with her eyes in cabaret, though not exactly the same:

compared to the (rather primitive) "come hither" eyes in Killer Queen @ TOTP (nevermind the going through motions on Las Palabras De Amor), this shows nice bit of progress for maturing into the role of a star who holds down screen & audience attention. Not that it's a new thing in 20th century stardom (ingrid bergman had a similar moment of suspense in Notorious i think), but off-hand i can't think of jagger or bowie's foray in movies or music video that maintained this segue from a study of performer's face, to the body in his stage environment (& relating to his band of costars) so seamlessly, thriving in setting of 2 different moods & context yet remains continuous in intensity as our focal point.
alas freddie didn't do any movies so he lacks a Performance or Man Who Fell From Earth for non-(music) fans that works as easy iconic reference. (thank god for the ermine/crown then.) maybe the calls stopped after they saw the "acting" in Calling All Girls LOL.
a bit fussy but it intrigued me;)

^^^ I believe that sound is one of the guitar amps exploding - unfortunate timing to say the least! This performance was edited at this point on the "Rare Live" video.

22.01.2019 00:41		 The other night I swear I watched I'm Going Slightly Mad behind the scenes on youtube. I remember a lot of footage of Freddie speaking to Rudi by the couch about how he would be crawling on the ground, and instructing Roger to "strangle" him with gusto.
Now I can't find it. There are a few behind the scenes on youtube, but they aren't this video that's disappeared. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
