I first went to school, after that I baked a cheesecake for Freddie's brithday. I also listened to a Freddie special on some german internet radio and I watched a bit of the lover of life, singer of songs dvd.
listend to the solo collection (or most of it) while at work,
made sure they played a queen cd at HMV while i was working (unfortunetly it was just stone cold classics)
told a bunch of people what day it was.
Mostly argued with Greg Brooks! but after that had a few Queenie moments that were more satisfying.

Not much.......
It was a shit day yesterday. It poured with rain so I couldn't go out with my iPod and jump on the trampoline to Freddie's finest songs but I DID have to play hockey outdoors in PE, I got given into trouble 3 times and I went to bed with a guilty consience that most of my H/W wasn't done. Just keeping Freddie and Queen in my heart all day made me feel better though.
I also ate a chocolate chip cookie in his honour... :D
I watch vh1 all night because it was Freddie night last night i bought Queen live in Japan 1985 so i watched that too i also bought Freddies new album and listened to some of it so it was really a huge Queen day for me yesterday and i enjoyed it hope to do this next year but not on my own please god.
I woke up, went to the restroom, went to school, used the restroom, ate, used the restroom, went to bed. NOT in that order.

I told my band teacher that it was Freddie Mercury's birthday and he says "didn't he die?" like I was crazy. lol! I already had a birthday party for Freddie last Friday. It was very fun.
I watched all the way through 'Live at Earl's Court '77' and was reminded once again that this is the best concert available out there. It's not that they were any better in performance as shows like Hammersmith '75 and '79, Houston '77 or Montreal '81... It's that the set list was 100% tops of any concert in their history. Doing Alright, White Queen, Liar, In the Lap Revisited, The Prophet Song, The Millionare Waltz and You Take My Breath Away all in once concert. I like that it's before their decision to eternally lock every Queen encore up with the We Will Rock You/We Are The Champions combo which is older than a Brian's Permed Poodle anti-Paul post.

I got bored (in such a state that I read a book).
So, being bored, I listened to all my Queen albums, but - as I got up around 11:00 and didn't finish the paper until noon, we only got to "Breakthru" in The Miracle before our mom came home.
I was going insane, so I put "decorations" on the table (peacock feathers in a vase, candles). Then, I served slices of cake. And then we opened the champagne and lost the cork, and while people were looking for it, I dished ice cream and dripped chocolate on the plates (to be pretty).
Hm... My mom started singing "Happy Brithday". I added some evil lyric changes. We ate the cake. My mom insisted we blow out the candles like they were on a cake or something.
Also, my mom suggested that I sew the champagne top-thingy to my purse (it's got a ton of buttons already). I did. Now, I am 100% loser. I have a "Moët & Chandon" thingy on my purse. Even when I specifically conspired to NOT buy that name (only solace is that it wasn't his favourite). But it was the only one in my imagined price range.
Stupid comsic fate stuff.
Oh. And, school started TODAY. So, yesterday was a local holiday, I guess. Haha.
i watched freddies solo collection, stared into space thinking of what could have been as the credits rolled and 'guide me home' played delicately in the background, his laughter still ringing in my ears from the hilarious great pretender extended version......
.....sorry, im not usually this dramatic, lol
I got drunk, had band practice, had a hungover, had sex with my girlfriend, got in a fight, had the cops called on me, had sex with my girlfriend again (shes a fucking jackrabbit when it comes to sex), went home and went to sleep to go to school the next morning.
I wore my special Freddie T-shirt that I made. Also, I watched Wembley, MK Live at the Bowl, GVH1, GVH2, Bohemian Champions, The Making of ANATO, and Becoming Queen. Listened to all of my Queen Albums. And kept Freddie in my heart all day.
I started writing a creative writing short story about Freddie at Wembley for my 2.1 English internal assesment. He sure is an awesome person to write about :D
I displayed one of my favorite pictures of Freddie on the table, and I pretended that I had a birthday party with him and that I offered a cake to him(of the picture)... like "Happy Birthday! Freddie, try this one. How is it?"...lol
I ate all of it.
I hope he enjoyed my stupid joke. :D
