Philly was awesome - especially from the front row! I got some nice pictures...I'll post them eventually - too tired right now. Stateside - I had the Dumb and Dumber t-shirt on - did I say hello to you at McFadden's? If I didn't, I'm sorry I missed you. Good night all. (Not that I'm gonna get much sleep...) |
Ms. Bea Haven 15.03.2006 00:18 |
Okay - I submitted 3 photos (2 of Brian, 1 of Roger). More to come...stay tuned...but not tonight. |
Brucemrfisherman 15.03.2006 00:51 |
Great show...The Freddie touch was super. I hoped they would do something like that. Please post some pics, especially with Freddie if you took them. I wish he was still with us he had such an amazing voice. Bruce |
chauncey 15.03.2006 01:20 |
What a great show! I don't think Roger forgot the words, but Brian skipped a part of the verse in "I'm in Love with my Car". Roger was on the mega-tron screen at the time, and he was simply stunned. You could tell he was trying to steady himself, but it took him at least ten seconds to get back on track. I hope someone recordings are available. I'd like to hear exactly what happened. Good time all around. |
YourValentine 15.03.2006 06:46 |
Amazing pictures, Miss Bea Haven, I hope they show up on the next page reload. Thank you very much for sharing. |
Ms. Bea Haven 15.03.2006 07:33 |
I don't see my photos up here yet Valentine...but I'm glad you saw them already! I can't believe I'm up this early... |

Was too tired last night when I got home at 1am. What a show. Paul Rogers continues to impress me. He was fantastic. Seeing Brian only 3 feet away was more than worth the price of admission. But of course the show totally rocked. New song was really good. I loved Dragon Attack. Brian seemed really happy and very sincere in his comments. He looked great. I thought we sang love of my life really loud!! I saw twice Brian broke a string. Roger's drum solo was fantastic, he sounded in top form to me. Everyone was trying to get the pence Brian dropped!!!! In summary, W-O-W. |
stateside fan 15.03.2006 11:42 |

Lisser 15.03.2006 12:46 |
Man, they've got to get '39 back in the set list!!!! I'm emailing Brian to beg. |
xxxpwxxx 15.03.2006 17:53 |
i was there....it was the best night i have ever had in my entire 19 years of existance....it is definately proof that dreams really do come true. i wish they would have played I Want It All but it doesnt matter. i can now die with a smile on my face...... P.S. - Bohemian Rhapsody made me cry ='( |
Headlong24 15.03.2006 20:24 |
Yeah what a great show!!! First off I want to say thanks again to Cindy for the pre show tailgate at Mcfaddens. This was so much fun and all my friends had a great time. Also thanks for leaving your Queen DVDS, Live At Wembley got me pumped up for the show! Also thanks to Mike for the extra Floor seat that was freaking so cool. I had a great time rockin with ya on the floor. Also Steve your the man, sorry we couldn't get your flag up on stage. But hey we were on the big screen like 5 times!!! My friends were pissed that I was up there and they were stuck with nose bleeds, haha. I got some great video of Dragon Attack, and some cool pics I 'll have to get a cd or something together and send to you guys. And Pieree from WMMR can lick my balls, If it was Bon Jovi playing or Bruce and the show was terrible he would still kiss there ass and say it was the best show ever. Thats how that guy is, he's not a real Queen fan any way. |

I loved it! I had a wonderful fabulos time, I loved Love Of My Life, Dragon Attack, ect. I was upset they didn't switch up the set list at all, Princes Of The Universe, Now I'm Here, Tear It Up, those are the type of things Paul COULD sing. Oh well, still one of the greatest nights of my life! Did anybody notice all the baloons going around? Those were from Yours Truly and my friends!~ |

Headlong..Pierre praised the show all night after the show and all day today. He is a huge Freddie fan so he was a bit worried..but he gave the show great reviews and had a great interview with Paul and Brian |
Headlong24 15.03.2006 20:39 |
He said it was, "a bit boring at times" today on the radio. I don't know what show he was watching! Reguardless a great show, and the guys were really into it. |
stateside fan 15.03.2006 20:49 |

I had a great time and thanks for all that I have met!! The night was truelly special! I was near the end of the catwalk on the rail, so I was right there when they performed that way. All I kept saying is WOW to myself. This is the closest I have gotten to the band. |
MercuryArts 16.03.2006 09:28 |
Hi All!! Great Great show!!! Thanks to Cindy for setting up the pre-concert party at McFadden's Pub!! Thanks to McFadden's for taking care of us so well!! Don't worry about the flag not getting up there, we were on the video screen like you said! I'll take it to Cleveland! Thank you Derek & Mike for an amazing view of the stage! That was one of the coolest things anyone ever did for me!! And in the hometown was a bonus!! They really are gelling as a band now. Very tight but loose!! They all had fun that night, you could see it in they're faces. Brian was totally in the zone during his guitar solo. Its a shame he broke a string. I think he would have kept playing the BR solo before CT. Roger was really playing well!! Paul sounds great as well. He's been money every all three time I saw them. OK off to work, I have pics to load up later. See you in Cleveland!! |

he did say that pieter, and that most sound mixers are deaf!he encouraged fans to wear ear protection. But Pierre is a huge Queen fan.I spoke to him alot before the meadowlands show and he was dead set against it so he seems to have come around.Odd the air he said "dont fuck with the great history of this band".Paul actually helped Pierre a few years back doing the Wmmr 25 anniversary show. |
Erin 16.03.2006 14:08 |
I don't see where the shows are too loud, at all. Not even any ear ringing for me...just a sore throat. Is this Pierre some old codger? |

Great show...I bought the $37.00 seats in the third level and was thrilled when I got a free upgrade to the 2nd row of the 2nd level off to the side of the stage. It was proably closer to 75% capacity. |
julstar 19.03.2006 22:25 |
I got a free upgrade too!! 3rd row in front of the cat walk! :) |
