As we all know, a lot of QOL members (15 %) did not get the email with the code that allows them to buy tickets for the UK gigs before the public sales start. Mainly hotmail users did not get the email. On the other hand, a lot of people DID get the email who don't need the code and can pass it on to a fan who badly wants a good seat. On QOL they already share their codes. This is how it works: Each code can buy 6 tickets for each venue. When you do not need your code for a venue you can send it to another fan together with the link to ticketmaster. It's IMPORTANT that the receiver does NOT buy any other venue than he requested or the purchase will be cancelled. You can NOT pass on the code to be used by another person for the same venue because multiple orders will lead to cancellation, too. The venues are Wembley Birmingham Newcastle Sheffield Cardiff Manchester Since we have no private messages I suggest that people who want a code, post their request here with an email address and fans who have spare codes can send them to the address. Please give a feedback if you successfully bought a ticket. Of course, you should be a registered QOL member and entitled to have been sent the email. Watch out for ticket touts... this is too easy for them. A medium-hard Queen quiz for getting the code would scare most of them away. |

Ianshome, you are right - if you received the email, you can buy tickets for all venues with one code. This service is meant for fans who did not get the email for some reasons. We share the codes donates by fans who don't need them with fans who want tickets for their nearest venue. So, one code can ideally help 6 fans to get a ticket for their most wanted venue. umpalumpa --> you already received a code for Manchester, please don't take me for a complete fool. You are a disappointment and when it happens again that someone applies for the same venue with two accounts, I'll stop the thread. This is not meant to sabotage the QOL presales, it's a service for fans who badly want tickets for themselves and not for sale. I recommend you never show up on Queenzone again. |

i DID get my e-mail and got my code, but when I follow the link, get to the selection page for the dates, click on Wembley, enter my code i get an "error" page I suppose telling me I have followed the incorrect URL or the page has moved or expired and I must complete my transaction within 5 minutes? any clues as to how to get round this? That my concern. I have bought tickets using my pre-sale code but I still have enough to get tickets for all gigs except Wembley. But how do you tell if a person is trustworthy? If they use my code to book more then 6 tickets per event, I will lose my tickets! I would like to help genuine fans, but how can you tell them apart. |

Paul Mark, you are right. If you needed your code for Wembley and you give it to a stranger who tries to buy Wembley, your tickets are at risk - don't do it. Only if you go the email and you don't need your code at all, you can give it to another fan. David Jones, sorry I have no Manchester code left :( Hopefully, another Queenzoner can help you. Black Rose, your code is valid for all UK venues. You can give the code together with the link to 6 different people, one for each venue. It only workd when the receivers do not abuse the trust and only use the code for the venue they requestet - or all sales with the code will be canncelled! davros, please forward your code to someone above you in the list who requested Birmingham - but only if you did not use it. |
