Greetings, <Edit> THIS IS A JOKE!!! DO NOT TAKE SERIOUSLY |
| BrianHMay 21.10.2004 13:56 |
i'm afraid you won't succeed, since the hub shares bootlegs, demos and non-officialy released stuff which is not on sale, riia or the artist itself would never receive a cent. shame on you. |
| Megamike The GREAT 21.10.2004 14:05 |
Well, that's odd.. but the last time I was there I saw a Lot of the Roger Taylor Official CDs Brian May CDs The Freddie Mercury Solo Collection, and a lot more.. But.. again, that is your decision.. :) |
| Lisser 21.10.2004 18:26 |
My God Mike. What has gotten in to you? Isn't the RIAA and American authority? Isn't the hub Dutch? I think you are finding yourself with too much time on your hands. Don't that this the wrong way either. I wouldn't be this way if I were you. Just think about things before you write them. What I've read today that you've written is not cool. I have no clue what happened but I hardly believe that it was worth all the time you spent posting today and writing to the RIAA. I hope things settle down for you. |
| Maz 21.10.2004 18:33 |
Petty, pure and simple. And let's not forget how many times you stormed off from the hub, including the last time. To blame Bokkepoot for your actions is misleading. |

<EDIT> Megamike took his words away from the board, so do I Best regards Bokkepoot |
| Cozcauauhtli 21.10.2004 20:02 |
Megamike say: ''I am a FELON, and if I have to pay for my crimes then I think everyone should pay for theirs...'' And you think RIAA is so stupid to believe something that a FELON says?. Dude believe me, they first investigate the person that make the report and then if the report proceed make investigations. There's a lot of persons like you that make reports by revenge and RIAA just ignore them. |

Mike, you are an idiot. A petty one at that. |
| Penis - Vagina 21.10.2004 21:20 |
I'm just really disappointed in you, Mike. You were always fun in chat and I didn't expect anything like this. I was genuinely happy to see your "I'm Back" thread last night because I'd only seen you on irc. But then I saw what you said in the thread about YV, and now this.. Oh well. |

You're right.. This is.. |
| mrjordy 21.10.2004 21:55 |
I am not writing this to anyone in particular, nor am I writing specifically about this thread. Just the same, it seems apparant to me that Queenzone.com has a bit too much negative turmoil stirring around the noticeboard. Granted, people may ask stupid questions (ie, "is Bohemian Rhapsody about AIDS?") and report hubs in which many download Queen songs, but we've got to try to get along, regardless. There is nothing about Queen's music that would incite or encourage someone to argue. Answer the stupid questions, deal with the fact that some people don't believe in trading songs which, perhaps, should be bought proper. I am certainly not critical of the current topic. I think that the internet is a wonderful medium for finding and obtaining songs that would near to impossible to find, otherwise. I also think that the majority of us, especially you Stepfords -hehe- have bought enough Queen CDs, books, etc. to more than compensate for downloading a few songs here and there. By the same tolken, for those of you who choose to download and burn entire CDs - rethink what you're doing. Spend some cash on a CD here and there. EBay is a great place to find rare Queen, as well as the better known CDs. link |

well Mike you must be very stupid, the Hub is Dutch and just like Kazaa it's legal around here. RIAA wanted Kazaa to stop but it was Dutch also and a Dutch judge said that Kazaa wasn't the problem. It's the same with the hub so i'm not afraid of the RIAA because i'm Dutch also. B.T.W. Mike grow up, you just sound like EvanGP |

Well I know Megamike from the time I was the main operator of the hub. Marco did not hack into your hub. I myself had access to your hub as well back then, because you provided me a username and password. Ofcourse Megamike didnt know it was me, but that does not matter. Regarding RIAA ... I once put on a disclaimer in the hub (I talked to Marco yesterday and he told me he has it on the hub) Marco can not be prosecuted for anything... this was the original Disclaimer ( ------------------------ The (Direct Connect) Queen hub run by me, also known as Main Operator-TRS) and currently residing in the Netherlands, makes no representations or warranties regarding of shared file(s) in any format (including audio and/or video or picture files) possessed by Queen hub users on the Queen hub who access the Queen hub by logging on to the queenmp3-no-ip.com domain which is currently connected to the IP adress of the above mentioned owner of the Queen hub. The files provided and shared within the Queen hub by logged in hub users (or any other program that can be used to enter the Queen Hub) is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Copyright law protects original works of authorship. Individuals who reproduce, distribute copies, publicly perform or display works other than their own and without the copyright owner's consent, may be in violation of copyright laws applicable to your specific country. According to Dutch law ("Auteurswet 1912"), anyone residing in the Netherlands is allowed, without prior permission of the original owner of the material, to make, obtain or have a copy in any shape or form of material that has been obtained in a legal way. Such a personal copy by Dutch law can only be made for own practice, study or use. As the owner of the Queen hub, I shall not take any responsibilities for users who use the Queen hub to connect to logged in users to obtain such an item while not having aquired the item in a legal way. Sharing files files in any shape or form does not give other hub users the permission to view or download or obtain such an item by using the hub to connect to a other computer than their own.Queen hub users are responsible for their own actions when they try and succeed in connecting to other Queen hub users and at a later time obtain files or items by actually downloading them. The only person liable for copyright infringement is the one who deliberately attemps to connect to any logged in user(s) and succeeding to obtain an item without owning the legal original, or obtaining such an item without prior permission of the copyright holder of any file or item shared. This mentioned Dutch law rules out computer software, which is not allowed to be copied for personal use. Sharing such files on the Queen hub is at your own risk and responsibility! Queen hub users should understand that all shared files within the Queen hub may have been created or distributed without copyright owner authorization. Neither the actual file format nor the used software to log in to the Queen hub, indicates or can indicate whether a particular file has been authorized for copying or distribution. Compliance with copyright law remains your responsibility. And therefor I, the owner of this Queen hub, can never be held responsible or be liable to any copyright infringment at any any time by any user from any country. ------- The RIAA can only individually prosecute people, but why would they since the hub is even promoted by Queenzone.com , and I am sure that Queen or their management know a little about this hub. But since dedicated fans still buy the originals, they don't worry ... I gues ... Well, I think Megamike is full of envy of Bokkepoot's succes of the hub. It's his hobby, and at the same time it makes lots of people happy ... |

And BOY, if you can believe the CRAP I have said so far you ARE way too gullible.... hahahahaha.. Even I get bored sometimes and need to liven things up.. Greg Brooks kinda beat me too it, but hey.. I had to do this.. to me it was fun playing the part of the villian.. and the best thing was, even a friend of mine said.. WOW, I can't believe you did that, I didn't know you were THAT upset over that.. the truth is.. I am not.. in fact I have nothing but respect for Marco, sure I was a little upset in the beginning, but that was normal.. But to set your minds at ease, you are right, the RIAA would never take my "email" seriously.. that was why it was never sent.. again, this might have killed any friends I made here, but to me all I was doing was having fun playing the part of the bad guy.. hey if Jake Britt can cause trouble for so long. I figured a good guy turned bad was just what you folks needed.. :) SO.. relax, enjoy.. and take heart that all this was just some 38 year olds attempt at having fun.. I can just imagine all the heads going.. WHA? Megamike is saying this? No way...... hahahahaha.. But that is the power of the mind, if you are bored enough you can think up all kinds of crap.. enough said.. and oh yeah.. I am NOT going away, and this will NOT be my last post.. and if this did make me some enemies.. well... Bring it on.. I have plenty of Barry Manilow CDs to play.. <edit> Oh yeah, one other thing.. I STILL LOVE Queen... that is forever.. that will never change.. |
| Lisser 22.10.2004 13:22 |

"Alright, I said I wasn't going to post again, but Shit.. you people missed my point.. " WTF is wrong with this guy? Mike...GO AWAY. |
| Megamike The GREAT 23.10.2004 09:27 |
Gee.. It would seem that you missed my last post.. there is NOTHING wrong with me aside from being bored out of my head and wanting to stir things up.... But.. I know most people don't bother to read EVERY post, just the ones they want to.. . :) Oh well.. as far as your request of GO AWAY.. Nope.. I shall not.. Make me.. ;-) have a great day all.. |

a really bad joke, Megamike |
| Khashoggi__ 23.10.2004 11:07 |
MegaMike, you just such a looser, bokkepoot is doing a great job, just like the other moderators. If they have banned you,you did something wrong and not bokkepoot or any other moderators.Just think of what you did before you say it is the fault of someone else, and yes, bokkepoot got the right to delete your account, especially after what you did now to him.He is trying to do the best he can,he got a normal job too in life(only thing i can say about you,is that you are a little child of 8) so he doesnt got full time off from work to stay in the hub and to make it for everybody a great time, thats impossible.Just grow up before you insult someone, and if you get banned, why dont you leave it the way it is??You make everyone think that you are a little child then(yes you megamike) and that no one got a change to speak in the hub,but that isnt true.Just grow up and if i was you i would leave everyone alone,if they are hub users or not.And let people the way they are. |
| Megamike The GREAT 23.10.2004 11:19 |
Oh man.. Hahahaa.. I am a child of 8? Yeah.. ok.. great.. cool..you know what, that is fine.. yes, I deserve this.. because This is the first time I have ever done the bad guy thing.. People that really know me know that I have a VERY twisted sense of humor, and that this was just that.. a TWISTED joke.. just something to rile you all up.. but for those who don't know me.. that is fine too.. all I can say is somehow.. someway, I will find a way to put my pants on by myself instead of having mommy help me... and for the record, I am 38... Yes it was a bad joke.. but hey...if you can't shake this off and just say.. tsk tsk.. Mike that was bad.. then I feel sorry for you, you need to have a better sense of humor... who knows.. it MIGHT happen... but I will do you all a favor.. I will leave.. if THAT is what you truly want... |
| YourValentine 23.10.2004 12:06 |
Call me stupid but I don't want you to leave, Mike. We were friends for years and I would rather laugh with you in the chat room again, you always cheered me up. I did not laugh about your recent posts, though. I just wait what's next... |
