Springsteen, Fleetwood Mac & Marley perhaps deserve to be in the top 20 though. But C'mon... Dire Straits is goddamn awful, I wouldn't even put them on the top 100. |

In defence of Q there were conditions of which you had to be included in the Top 50 these were Biggest Album, Weeks spent in the UK that's UK singles chart and album chart and biggest gig attendance. That's why The Beatles appear so low on account of their biggest concert wasn't very big at all (not by today's standards anyway). Pink Floyd have spent a LOT of time in the UK album charts with just one album alone; Dark Side Of The Moon. Dire Staits though I don't have an answer. |

Some comments... 1. Pink Floyd-I love them,my fourth favoutite band ever. 2. Led Zeppelin- I love them too,my fifth favoutite band ever. 3. Rolling Stones-I don't like that much Mick Jagger's Voice,overrated. 4. U2-A good band with good songs,overrated.I rate them in my top 25. 5. Queen-BIGGER AND BEST BAND EVER 6. Dire Straits-I like their songs but are quite ripetitive and innocuous... 7. Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band-Way overrated by critics. 8. The Beatles WTF! They should be second behind Queen! 9. Bob Marely and The Wailers-I like their hits.I rate them in my top 25. 10. Fleetwood Mac-I don't know them then I skip 'em from my list. So,I would skip from this list Rolling Stones,U2,Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band,Fleetwood Mac,Bob Marley and The Wailers,Dire Straits.Some good bands,some overrated,other ones way overrated.
