How come you've alphabetized them? Or do you actually prefer them in that order? Bizarre. Plus shouldn't say 'Tom Petty' belong in the Ps or 'Peter Frampton' belong in the Fs? You really like Yello? Oh, yeah! You should check out KROKUS. The "Headhunter" album is my favorite. |

Well I'm only gonna do a top 5: 1. Nirvana 2. Queen 3. Queens of the Stone Age 4. Led Zeppelin 5. hmmm either Alice in Chains or Jimi Hendrix. Better make it a top six then! So what are the common themes here? I guess there are loud distorted guitars and huge rhythm sections involved. Oh and harmonies! AIC and Queen do the best harmonies. Also, all these bands can write and carry a good vocal melody (not so much Jimi). A tune makes a song. Yay for tunes! Hmmm i like the Ramones though... Oh and outrageoud guitar solos! (not so much Nirvana I guess who had solos, but they werent outrageous). |
