It’s an interview all four members did together around the release of “The Miracle” CD
Not sure where you can down load it, but I would gladly send you a CD copy of it free of charge.

It's an OFFIALLY RELEASED product. The first track is 'Queen For An Hour' or whatever it's called, and the next track is 'Thank God It's Christmas' and it's on a GREEN CD... and I think it was released in the US only?? I have it somewhere.
It's a great interview. The members tell who wrote what and Freddie says his favorite two songs (Careless Whisper by George Michael and something else by Aretha Franklin) and he also mentions he'd like to do a duet album or single with Aretha, similar to what he did with you know who.
And the most interesting part is when Mike Reid asks: "Are you going to tour?" Rog laughs quietly and then Freddie starts to discuss the reasons why he doesn't want to. I really would like to know if that was before or after he told them about his illness.
It is a green CD called "Queen Talks". A radio interview made for radio 1 England.
It was availeble in a box-set in the USA called "the queen collection"if I remember corretly together with Classic Queen and the US version of greatest hits (the pink/purple one).
Another great part of the interview:
Each member is allowed to choose a song (by another artist), John choose is a funny one .
The US box was sold in Europe and is availeble on ebay reguraly. The price in the early 90's was about 45 euro's.

Actually it was before. From what I know, he didn't tell the other guys until like January or February 1991. I had read that they all got together at Roger's house, and that's when Freddie told them, but funnily enough, they already kind of knew by that point. Great interview btw...
