Thanks for patronising us Linda, but the major problem I have with rapidshare is that it's inaccessible to many due to it's monitoring of IP addresses.
Or is that also due to me not knowing how to work it?
Because of country's limit on megaupload. "Too many connections from your country, try tomorrow". Because RapidShare exists longer than most of other such sites (most of them works okay and fine in the first days and then... then you'd back to RapidShare), etc. etc. etc.

Download-session invalid. Please click here.
Possible reasons:
Download-session expired. Direct-links last a few minutes for free users and a few days for premium-users.
You requested this download-session from a different IP than yours. If you use AOL, try a different browser.
What is this crap I keep getting from RapidShare ? I have been using it successfully for ages but the last 3 months have been a nightmare !

I get the same as Starfleet. Rapidshare was going great with me for ages then this shite started happening a few weeks ago. Tried all the methods known like deleting cookies and all that, but with no success at all
I have found megaupload better as I am a modem user and often get disconnected before the DL finishes - but with mega you can use a download manager and resume where you left off - I have never been able to do this with rapid share.

Serry, I didn't know there was ANY limit on megaupload, but if there's a national limit, then we need another alternative.
I wonder how Serry feels about the statement "less people complain about megaupload than rapidshare"?
To be honest - Serry doesn't care if files are posted on RS or MU - they all works fine for me (this MegaUpload limit... Well I can wait). I just answered the question why RapidShare is better for some users and why it's more popular.
About "less people complain about megaupload than rapidshare" - less people complain about Unix than Windows because of quantity of users of these OS. Less users - less complaints.
megaupload is very slow compared to rapidhsare
I am downloading Budokan 1979, with megaupload reaching a max download of 58KB/sec, whereas rapidshare was running at 830KB/sec
Whichever the poster wishes to use is fine by me tho!
