Why does the chat room keep shorting out when you turn it on?

miracle-man! 29382 19.02.2006 03:24	I tried this all day today,every time I go to the chat room it shows the going to connect picture,but it won't connect. Does this happen regularly and what can be done about it? Just wanted to report this,i'd like to get back to the chat soon.
