I'm Begging You
| deleted user 01.12.2005 20:10 |
Please can someone make a remix or anything out of 'The Miracle' or 'Innuendo' stuff please? |

Happy to help link |

A simple "thank you" would be enough. Ingrate. |

Penetration_Guru wrote: A simple "thank you" would be enough. Ingrate.Excuse me I have better things to do than reply straight away to your tantrum. My Grandad died recently from cancer and my family and I are clearing out his house. So I haven't been online for a couple of days. The remix isn't really anything special. It's only two songs from two different albums put together. No magic or gripping stuff. But thanks for replying anyway.I appreciate it. |
| Penetration_Guru 04.12.2005 12:47 |
I'm sorry about your grandfather suddenly developing cancer, dropping dead, having a funeral and needing his house clearing all inside two days. |
| deleted user 04.12.2005 12:49 |
Why don't you drop dead. Give me your address so I can watch you suffer. My Grandad was a much better person than you'll ever be. You didn't even know him. I was there the actual night he died and I saw him there. It was awful and now my nan is ill and could die soon. So get lost! |
| deleted user 04.12.2005 12:51 |
BTW, who have you got to miss you when your gone (which is hopefully soon)? Probably no-one because you are such an evil disgusting person no-one can stand being around you. You probably kiss yourself goodnight. |
| Penetration_Guru 04.12.2005 15:02 |
You selfish bitch. 25% of your grandparents lie dying of one of the most unpleasant diseases known to man and your main concern is to get a remix of a Miracle/Innuendo track. How callous. |
| Rick 04.12.2005 15:07 |
I don´t get it either, PG. Maybe he needs the song for the funeral...(okay, not funny, but I´m in a happy mood) |

This post has been the most amusing post I've read today, thanks P_G. |
| Lester Burnham 04.12.2005 16:41 |
That remix, and this thread, just made my day. Thank you, P_G, from the bottom of my heart. |

I am willing to concede that I may have gone further over the fine line that I was trying to walk. If you'll permit me to put across my perspective... The first post (especially with the title) could look very desperate, as if it's the one thing that would complete his/her existence. 24 hours later I knocked up a mix of Bijou & My Baby Does Me as a joke. So far, so satirical. another day later I subtly bumped it (the "ingrate" post), and within 24 hours more there's been a traumatic death in the family. WHICH IS UNPLEASANT AND NOT FUNNY AT ALL. However, it seemed a bit odd to me that in the light of all that trauma, the original thread had been started three days earlier. So I posted something that I hoped would be seen as fairly subtle highlighting that this seemed to be a very "Dark" wasy of starting a fight - "here's something that you didn't know so there!" Then I get invited to drop dead (seemed a little insensitive too), and respond unpleasantly, but once again highlighting that if your grandfather's dying is affecting you so badly, why would you be begging for Innuendo remixes? I KNOW it's a sensitive subject, but I did not see the discussion as being about grandfather dying, I saw it as being about people using serious subjects as crutches in arguments. If anyone thought I was mocking the dead, I apologise. If anyone STILL thinks I was, having read the above, then you need to stop judging me until you're mature enough to understand me. |
| deleted user 04.12.2005 18:54 |
I know. I would never do that. Not to anybody. I still can't believe he wrote that about my Grandad. He suffered so much and died only a week after one of his favourite comedians Ronnie Barker. It's such a sad time then I have that moron making it worse. |
| Freya is quietly judging you. 05.12.2005 16:59 |
Then why take any notice of him? He doesn't know you, what should it matter? Anyway I was pointing out that from an outsiders point of view the topic is amusing, sorry to cause offence and sorry your grandad died. |
| Penetration_Guru 05.12.2005 18:52 |
I'm not sure why this needed a second thread...my response to that thread is here.... "see above" it's coherent, it's logical, it explains and it apologises. If it's not enough for you.....<shrug> nothing I can do about it. |
| John S Stuart 06.12.2005 11:12 |
What is the problem here? Gorgeous WhiteQueen aka All God's People: 'BEGS' for a request. ('I'm Begging You' - her words - not mine). Guru obliged her by especially making one. Guru then posts a link to said BEGGING letter. Lady did not reply - except to say: "The remix isn't really anything special. It's only two songs from two different albums put together. No magic or gripping stuff". Guru bumped the thread to sarcastically make the point 'Thank-you'. Sorry, but I have to agree with PG. I see no reason for the unmannered the ungrateful or uncultured to hijack this thread with terrorism. I have had many deaths in my family recently, and a very serious personal injury also, but through-out all the tragedy and trauma, I have never forgot to say "Thank you", or fail to give praise where praise is due. This thread says more to me about about upbringing than any other - and the problem certainly isn't the Guru's. |

Ok calm down! Wow you are getting so worked up. So you would come to my funeral then? How sweet, I wouldn't bother going to yours. Well I guess no one would. They would have so much more important things to do like walking the dog or washing their hair. And Merry Christmas to you to. |

I called this topic the name it is to make it stand out. If I just put 'Miracle/Innuendo' remix it wouldn't stand out. This way it did. And just because I didn't reply straight away I'm disgusting and an awful person. Even though it has nothing to do with you lot I will put some things straight. My Grandad died in October and now we are clearing his house out. I've never had to deal with his sort of thing before and it is very hard and I don't need you lot giving me your worthless comments because of some stupid remix. You lot don't know what your talking about so shut the hell up! |
| John S Stuart 06.12.2005 13:25 |
I really don't care about any of this. The tears, the tantrums or the tiaras. Regardless of your reasons - the fact is you BEGGED - and the Guru obliged. That is it - end of story. So just grow-up and say "Thank You". It's neither too late, or too grand a gesture. Everything else is neither big nor clever. Even in the face of the greatest adversity, it is not too difficult to be polite. And for the record - YES - being rude does make you come across as "a disgusting and an awful person". The fact your grandpa died in OCTOBER is making things worse for you - NOT better! There's no need to say "Thank you" straight away - you could have done it later. (God knows - but how did you find the time to start a new thread instead - AND reply to all the comments in here? It would have been quicker and more economical to be courteous than threatening). Geez... talk about digging a bigger hole for yourself. As Linda of the Valley so succinctly says: "That's the last time someone uploads something for you." I guess I could could add, it possibly the last time anyone replies to you - full stop. Now - instead of excuses, why can't you stand up, take a deep breath and admit; 'OK, perhaps I was a little bit rude and a little bit hasty, and I should have said 'Thank you' a bit earlier? After all, it was PG who was doing YOU the favour and not vice versa. For one, I would certainly think the better of you if you did. |

This mix is extraordinary. Really sophisticated. |
| John S Stuart 06.12.2005 15:22 |
I too just downloaded the track. Thank You. |
| Penetration_Guru 06.12.2005 17:00 |
There was indeed a thank you in the first response after my "tantrum", and I do concede that the mix is indeed shite (although not as bad as one of Friends Will Be Friends & Bicycle Race would have been...shudder). If I've explained myself, and we've all decided where we stand, perhaps it's time to move on. 4 page threads discussing me are not good for my ego, and waste perfectly good bandwidth. |
| Penetration_Guru 06.12.2005 17:00 |
As did that |
| Penetration_Guru 06.12.2005 17:00 |
And that...oh shit |
| Erin 06.12.2005 17:13 |
That mix gave me a headache, P_G! I'm off to make a thread about how awful you are now! :-P |
| inu-liger 07.12.2005 01:55 |
AGP, please don't be rude towards P_G. Again, he wasn't having a go at you, OR your grampa. He just wanted a "thanks" for his efforts to try and satisfy your "begging" (request). It's too bad that your grandfather died. I lost a good friend to breast cancer back in September 2003, so I know how you feel. I can sympathize. But you know what? There's a saying in my family's other language, French, that goes "C'est la vie", which means "That's life". It means you have to accept the way things are, and move on. Now, I'm sure you might not agree with us on defending P_G, but I would like to ask that you at least admit that you took things he said the wrong way, and also that a simple "I'm sorry" to everyone here would be in order, and then let bygones be bygones. |
