A while ago I saw this picture in a program of MTV (behind the music, I think) about Elton Jhon, and then I found it here in the queenzone pictures, so I wanted to know if this picture was taken in a concert of Queen or of Elton Jhon, or if it was for some special event.
Ahhh, I also recently watched a movie called Gladiator(of the year 1992, not the movie about rome and etc etc), and in an almost final scene, we will rock you is listened but it is a cover that I do not that group makes it, I don't stay to see the final credits.
the link of the picture is here link
This was taken in Elton's living room on a Thursday evening sometime in 1985, while he and Freddie were lounging about casually. What led you to believe it was from a show?

I always doubted that the Manchester date is correct. The information comes from an Elton John fan as well as the set list. There is no recording and nobody else ever confirmed the date.
I always thought it's highly unlikely that Freddie would travel to Manchester only to see Elton John - when Elton had over 10 dates in London on the same tour in December. I asked Peter Freestone about this and he said he does not think Freddie was ever in Manchester but he has a lousy memory. He did remember that Freddie saw Elton in Munich but that was not in 1982 and he did not join him on stage.
HI people i think you're all mistaken on this as the image looks a lot like the 1985 FASHION AID SHOW that took place when freddie 'married' jane seymour wearing a black jacket, the one that features in 'living on my own' video, and they got together near the end of the show and peformed 2 songs together.
I'm sure i had this on tape from years ago(well it must be 20 years ago) i'll try and find it though it might take some time, i think it was saturday night's alright for fighting i will gwt back to you on thisto clarify.
Cheers.
