29.09.2005 11:09		 I have a video with nudity I'd like to obscure.. a little blue dot maybe or blurring part of it.. what do I need for that? I have the video in AVI, VCD MPEG, DVD MPEG and WMV so format isn't a problem..

actually for EU citizens it's kinda expensive. for non-EU, or not-yet-EU it's cheap...
