Originally broadcast over three days in June 1985, this is a series of Freddie interviews with Simon Bates on BBC Radio One. Freddie interviews, especially throughout the 1980s, are not that common and this is a rather lengthy one. He discusses being a front man, Munich, face creams, and a little Michael Jackson.

It's a little over an hour total. I think the sound is a step too high and Freddie voice's sounds like he's inhaled a little helium. It's not distracting at all, just different than what we are used to.
This was originally downloaded from the Hub a couple years ago, though I have no clue from whom. A thank you to that mysterious person and the original encoder.
Finally, I'm always interested in interview material. If you think you have something rare or hard to find, contact me or return the favor and share on QZ.
Thanks Zeni. Much appreciated.
Here is what I have:
Brian May - Telephone interview with Hikaru Utada in 2000 (13.3MB)
Freddie 1984 (52.2MB) Interview in 6 mp3 files with some woman, Lisa someone if I remember correctly. I'm sure someone here would know.
In The Studio - ANATO, NOTW and The Game (209MB)
Innerview with Jim Ladd (138MB)
Maximum Queen (61.7MB)
The Mercury Tapes 24 Nov 2001 with Bob Harris on BBC Radio 2 (43.9MB)
Let me know if there are any you would like me to share.
I bet I have that, but I can't tell from the file name. Sometimes, unauthorized CDs put very generic sounding names on interviews, which means it is very hard to pinpoint what they are. It would be worth a download for me, though, just to be sure.
Also, I think the Freddie 1984 interview you mention is with Mary Turner and was recorded in Munich. Just info if you wanted to archive it or whatever.
Yes, please. I'll check it out and see if I can identify it. Between generic names and different forms of mp3 compression, it's hard to tell what a file is sometimes.

and i'd love if someone retorrented Innerview with Jim Ladd (138MB)
been stuck for weeks and willing to start over fresh
cheers
seeding right now to someone with 81.6 %.
edit:
OOPS!. Shit, I've never seen that before. I was seeding, but then the client wasn't impressed with my files, and starting to download the files again, and when I cancelled that, it deleted the files I already had. So, my 3 Innerview files have been deleted. Mongrel program (Bit Tornado)!!
edit2:
I got 'em back (thanks to Norton recycle bin) but I'm afraid I can't seed again. File incompatability somewhere.
Okay, you all knew that it would only be a matter of time before someone would ask - and that someone is me.

Would RapidShare be a possibility? Please?
Thanks.
Thanks to Zeni who posted the Torrent. I hope you don't mind if the files are uploaded to rapidshare. If there are objections, let me know and I will remove.
Here are the rapidshare links, it's slow going, so one file at a time, okay? link
