lol sorry but i was angry at the time!
im sure they have played more songs. i think we have seen an edited stream to be honest it cannot be surely live as paul and rodger where sweating dogs for we will rock you
i just cannot see them being the headline act and playing only 4 songs. the other artists played for around 40 mins and we even got bunked off with long adverts in between songs and even during one of the adverts it looked as though the feed was tampered with as you could see what looked like a rewind or fast forward you would get on a vcr
i personally think its bull***t that it was live
GUYS! Settle....
It was EDITED again. Which pisses me off, but there you go...
this is what happened..
Tie Your Mother Down
Can't Get Enough Of Your Love
I Want To Break Free
Fat Bottomed Girls
Say It's Not True
Too Much Love Will Kill You
Hammer To Fall
A Kind Of Magic
Feel Like Making Love
Radio Ga Ga
Crazy Little Thing Called Love
The Show Must Go On
All Right Now
We Will Rock You
We Are The Champions
I knew there was gonna be a problem as soon as I saw the sponsorship ads coming up....

Do you think the Canadian gov't was behind the sponsorship ads?
perhaps they *are* going to release this as a double DVD collection, which then would make sense they'd only be showing 4 songs on the free webcast- they'd want fans to give money for the full Queen set-list, etc.
I hope they do!! I have a wobbly coffee table and the two discs should be just the right thickness to push under the leg :)
God - I'm still reeling from how bad that was.
okay I've just joined this site and came online looking for the rest of that concert....was it only Canada that got screwed over and only got the four songs??!! or was it everyone except for South Africa?? I want the rest of that concert so if anyone can get their hands on a copy I'd love to have it....Waiting all afternoon for four songs??? I'd still have done it but I was prepared for a concert (at least 12!) especially when I heard others were done it the warm-up....miffed, ticked AUGHGHGHGHGH
btw lots of canadian comment...is this a Canadian site??
Actually no, this site is owned and maintained by Richard Orchard, who is Australian. So this site is technically Australian-owned, though we have lots of visitors and posters from all over the world, especially from UK, Holland, and USA.
Everyone likes to poke fun at us Canadians though...I even join in the fun occassionally

I agree...Why did Queen get the short shaft?..especially when Will Smith & The Concert promoters made such a BIG DEAL of Queen being THE MAIN DRAW HEADLINE FINAL ACT?
It makes no sense at all. What the hell were the business people behind this concert thinking?
Also...I might add that since this ENTIRE concert was in fact a BENEFIT CONCERT to raise money & awareness for finding a cure for AIDS, the way to keep your contributing dollars/funds audience tuned in is by entertaining them and having proper sound and visual feed for Queen and all of the acts involved and by not EDITING the HEADLINE act!!!!
When the audience was unable to watch and listen to this concert, or got pissed off by everthing from the technical difficulties, etc...then they ...stop donating money!!!!!!!!!!!
So not only did Queen get screwed, but so did the very worthy charity cause of raising money and awareness for a cure for AIDS.
We as the audience lost out, Queen lost out, and the cause/charity for AIDS...all lost out.
Very sad indeed.
