I'm not sure about who is Mustapha, but Allah is the arabic word for God. Ibrahim is the arabic word for Abraham. So the song means that God will pray for Abraham the prophet. It's a very mystical song, like Freddie liked to write and sing
There used to be web site that translated all the arabic words, but I can't find it anymore. It was very interesting, there's arabic, parsee and more in the song, but it seems like the words are not put together with a particular meaning.
