It's not litteraly an easter egg. It's a hidden video. They are called easter eggs because they are hidden. |

I don't know what versions of the Wembley DVD you guys have, or whether it's region-specific, but my DVD has the easter-egg of Freddie's infamous "Rivers of blood" speech from just before WWTLF that was edited out of all official versions. I can't quite remember how you find it right now, but I've got it written down somewhere. |
DeaconJohn 24.12.2004 08:53 |
The ROB speech is Region 2/PAL only, Bohardy. |

Live At Wembly 86 has an easter egg. It's embedded in the middle of "Crazy Little Thing Called Love", right as Freddie says, "...it only knows three chords, but let's see what happens." Hit TOP MENU on your DVD controller and select RESTART CONCERT. The concert starts all over from the very beginning. Amazing, really. |
mrjordy 25.12.2004 13:50 |
Quite seriously, on the other hand, is there anything extra on the Milton Keynes show? Queen On Fire is a fabulous fucking concert. If you haven't bought it yet, I suggest you do so. All the power of the Wembley show, then some. Amazing how good those guys were that night, really. I can't stop watching "Action This Day" over and over. Me & Mr. May link |

Mack2008 25.12.2004 15:28 |

QueenZeppelin 25.12.2004 15:45 |
Funny you should bring this up. I borrowed Live at Wembley from a friend, and found out about an awesome Easter Egg nobody knew about!. I stared at the disc for hours, having a great time stairng at the picture of Freddie Mercury. Then, I got bored. So, just for shits and giggles, I tossed it into my DVD player, because I noticed the disc-like shape seemed to fit into it. Well, whaddya know, what should happen but a concert of my favorite band, Queen, performing live at Wembley Stadium!!! Isn't that amazing?!?!? |
QueenZeppelin 25.12.2004 15:46 |
And I think "Rivers of Blood" refers to an infamous speech given by a member of the British parliament during the late-1960's. Funny I should know this, because I'm an American, as well. |

Dear jason mack, I don't have a DVD player. How am I supposed to know what an Easter Egg is? I thought this is a forum but didn't know it's forbidden to ask any questions...I'm sorry, I did not know. I will never do it again. kisses. your beloved Charlie |

But it's better if you ask only questions whose answers you really can't find by yourself, because if everybody came here asking what is a chicken soup (blasted LadyMoonshineDown, you've got me obsessed with your chicken fetish :)!...) or what is a bass guitar, then the forum would be submerged by crap topics. This forum is mainly about Queen-related Questions (excepting the secret meaning of Bo Rhap, however)! |
