Just curious: Did ANYBODY else here realize that the Amazon reviews were SATIRE?!? The reviewer actually LIKES Queen and DISLIKES Britney/Duran.
There were 4 pages of people who didn't get it.
Maybe it just concerns me because I've studied English a lot (not to sound like a know-it-all), but when people can't understand such basic satire then the world's in trouble....
Plus all you British fans are supposed to have that higher sense of humor than we Americans ;)
(PS: It's more clear when you read the reviewer's other reviews....)
I thought this post were so funny :P He/She knew TOO much about Queen to hate them...
I only thought it was a ex-fan that now hated queen for some reason.
Hehe.. my English isn't that good and I can't really read between the lines in English.
hmm, better give me the link next time, since I'm not reading every topic (I will however, when the title says "satire") and now you're just making me curiuos ;-)

"You are a fucking pervert and bathe in my bucket of shit."
Satirical enough for you?
I'd say satire is trying to point out a problem with something, but doing it in a funny way. Hence, in this example, we have sarcasm. (s)He says Queen ae crap, but is actually trying to point out that the other bands are. That's what I think. Comprenez?
