Somebody should quarantine the rabid white dogs in Alabama...or better yet, nuke the racist Nazi pigs. I hate these racist dogs. I was a victim once, and I vowed never to forget these Aryan mongrels. I will have my chance, they will see. |

Or in my shoes. |

I was from the Philippines and I got a dose of what was America's nasty shame when I came to this country about 2 years ago. If you want me to spill my story, forget it. |

But in all seriousness... you don't even need to tell me your story. I'm on your side. |

Sorry to hear that Bambam I came here 8 years ago, and I didn't get much beef from people because I don't exactly look like the stereotypical hispanic. However, I once had a problem at work with a customer. A couple of years ago I used to work at a supermarket and some schmuck douche bag came to my register, he noticed that I had a slight bit of an accent, so he asked me where I was from... so I said, Colombia... then the fuckin' asshole told me to go hide before the cops get me to take away my stash. So I just said... Sorry, I just can't take your order anymore until I get a little respect. It was then when I just walked out of my register, and he had to wait for 5 minutes until someone else came to finish taking his order. I didn't care if I got fired, I was just not going to take shit from that bastard. My supervisors were very supportive, and I really thank them for that because they stood by me and said that I had the right to do what I did. |

queen4ever2 wrote: So what's Canada like? I was going to go there in December, but things came up.It's a big country. I can't possibly answer that in one sentence. Ask a more specific question. (and btw, the news from Alabama completely disgusts me, although I'm not really surprised) |

Seems like in Alabama it's OK to screw your sister, but having a black classmate is just plain wrong. It's absolutely hilarious to hear bands like Lynard Skynard constantly exposing their southern pride. |

This whole discussion reminds me of a quote from 'Family Guy'. "Ours is a great country, except for the south of course". |
Mr.Jingles 01.12.2004 13:39 |
LOL... to not stay awy from the topic itself, the episode where they go to the south is funny hilarious. I particularly love these redneck quotes from that episode... - Is it true that up there in the north they have perfume for your armpits. - Dang, I hope her borther don't make a move on her. |
Mr.Jingles 01.12.2004 17:44 |
I can't wait to see 'Family Guy' coming back on the air. They said the new episodes will start airing on January 2005. |

Ha!! Glad to see stupid generalisations still run rampant on the Zone. I could give examples as to how the south was actually instrumental in the civil rights movement and how there are actually inbred bigots up North, but I think those whose minds (and I use the term losely) I'd be trying to change have already made their decision to be stupid and ignorant. Cheers! |

That reminds me one thing that my girlfriend told me the other day. She works at Barnes & Noble, and one of her co-workers is black, and he's a neat cashier and a very nice person to work with. One of the assistant managers happens to dislike him, although he tries as much as he can to not actually show it. Everytime this black kid counts his register money at the end of the day, the assistant manager keeps walking back and forth around him... something which he doesn't do to any other worker in the store but him. |
iGSM 06.12.2004 08:31 |
That black guy should put a cap in his cracker ass! I mean complain to higher authority. |

Mr.Jingles79 wrote: Brandon wrote: I could give examples as to how the south was actually instrumental in the civil rights movement and how there are actually inbred bigots up NorthTotally agree with you The south was absoluetly instrumental in the civil rights movement, especially since Martin Luther King Jr. was born in Atlanta GA, then after finishing High School he went to Pennsylvania and Boston to pursue his Theology studies. As he was finished with his career he went to live in Alabama and become a civil rights advocate despite warnings telling him that it might be too dangerous. If he wasn't there to live there to be a witness of the hatred and opression that black people had to endure for 100 years of segregation, perhaps he wouldn't have been as motivated to make that huge effort to fight for the civil rights of his people. And yes, there are bigots all over the country, even in the north. But at least here we have absolutely abolished all kind of segragation laws, and we know that the confedarate flag stands for racism and segregation as much as the third reich flag stands for anti-semitism. I seriously think that waving that flag is nothing to be proud about. |
