I'm sortta new to trading bootlegs etc. and I was wondering if someone could help me start out collecting and trading bootlegs. I have seen plenty availible for trade but the problem is that since I'm new to it I don't have very many music bootlegs to trade. Everyone was new to bootlegs at some point in time and many of you were probably in my situation so I would just like any advice and suggestions you have for someone like me. Also, do I get enough bootlegs to trade with other people??
Well.. Buy me a car and I can help you..
seriously though.. I started out way back before CD burners were popular.. so most of my boots are on Cassette.. and I had to pay $60.00 for the first set.. after that I used them to trade for others that the first guy didnt have so I can trade for stuff the second guy.. ect..
But most of the time you have to spend a little money to start.. unless you find a REAL nice person..
That was in the last century, Mike:)
A good start is downloading the concerts from Queenzone. They are in lossless FLAC format and when decompresed, they are perfectly tradeable. If you have 2 GB of unreleased material, you can join the hub - a great place to share and collect bootlegs. Just read the sticky topics about BitTorrents and the Queen hub.
