In contrast to the overwhelming quantity of Queen-related web resources and the numerous sites dedicated to Roger, there seems to be very little material about The Cross on the WWW.
My aim is to find as much Cross-related (especially articles, reviews, interviews, pictures and discographies) information on the internet as possible and since search engines and link-databases turned out to be a real let-down in this respect, I would like to start a thread to collect worthwhile URLs (as many and as diverse as possible), so all folks interested in Rog, Clayton and the boys can hopefully benefit from it.
Here's what I got (feel free to contribute): link
(Interview; also see Andy's incredible discographical database) link
(Interview) link
(Promo Box-text from QueenCollector.com, also see the various discography-sections on that site) link
(many pictures, some info) link
(same in German) link (this site also provides loads of information about discography, song versions and concerts in its various other section) link (chords for Liar and Ain't Put Nothin' Down) link (Song versions) link (concertography) link (very useful discography) link
(great resource for concerts, statistics, videos, TV appearances etc. There also are two rare interviews in the "Archives"-section !) link (descriptions of all existing video-clips)
Thanks Alex. I've tried that one before and it was a bit unsatisfactory. Thanks again for the links though.
Has anyone spotted more Cross-related interviews, articles and magazine-reviews that he might share ?
Thanks again for the link. Most interestingly, it seems that the version of Manipulator on Rien's site is quite different to the one I have. The editing is completely different for most of the time...
You can find a clip from the Cross at the golden rose festival in Monteux '88 under downloads on link (Rien's site)
And under downloads on this site: link
Just to let you know
