So Queen Productions are controlling recordings that don't even belong to them. Shit |

But it’s this stupid 20 minute limit. If this was always the case, why wait to inform me after 1 1/2 years of almost daily uploads... |

My condolences, dude! :( |

Believe music's Uncle Scrooge realized thousand of people could watch Queen videos without paying a cent to him. Sure, that's bankrupt for him if he doesn't earn money out of Queen videos. Poor, poor company who has to defend its only source of income against evil Queen fans who share HIS PRECIOUS for free. |

They won't allow you to post multiple videos of a complete concert either, they will allow 20 minutes of one concert. Once you are on their radar you are fucked. They tend to ban your highest rating videos first. I had a Q+AL channel with about 500 vid's, every 24 hours they would get 20 or so videos blocked. After 2 months I had around 70 vids left. Adam linked one of my vids on twitter, it got 20,000 views in 12 hours, and then was pulled by Believe. I closed my channel, they will wear you down mate. |

Good riddance. Sharing complete shows on youtube. That's wrong for so many reasons. Quality loss being one. Always hated it. Another reason I don't share the shows I tape. link -> a fine example of sharing concerts done well. Sorry for the loss of your 4000 followers. Maybe you can start a youtube make-up tutorial channel to win them back! |

^ Not even going to respond to you right now. But for those of you who are interested in keeping up to date, this is a quote from my first interaction with Laurence James. The dude who’s been behind all my videos being claimed/taken down etc. This struck me very weird...as you’ll see. "We can also supply a thank you note signed by Brian and Roger, for your co-operation." "I'd hope as a Queen fan you would respect the bands wishes on this." Now, this to me almost seems like dangling candy in front of children hoping they take it. Doesn’t sound legit to me, but I’m currently at the mercy of this/these people as YouTube’s system is so fundamentally flawed. Anybody can claim a video as their own, and don’t receive any punishment otherwise. |

Youtube is such a shitty platform. They need to implement some sort of protection against copyright abusers like Believe. On another note, wouldn't it just be easier for them to monetize your videos with their own ads and profit off of them like that? I know they do that with some of mine with their auto detection system which is alright by me since most people use adblock anyway. |
Chinwonder2 15.10.2018 00:02 |
^ Exactly, if they were generating profit on my videos (which on 90% they were) why remove the videos? Bit counter productive init? |

Yeah, everything is so hostile and it's just because they're greedy bastards. As I've said numerous times, I've made £0.00 from my uploads and all their Content ID claims have profited them somewhat... With copyright and fair use, there's like 1% chance of winning if you're a content creator on YouTube. -Chin |

The Real Wizard wrote:If you google it, you will find some ACCUSATIONS, but no proof.
