I got this from my record pusher back in 1985 or so, he knew I was a big Queen fan, though a later bloomer. Does any of you have any info on this record?? According to one of the few mentions I could find, from a russian site (thanks Google Translate), it is supposed to be from 1984 and only released in 1500 copies.
Thanks.

In the 80's, lots of people pressed lots of interviews onto records to try and sell them. Anybody that could make them made as many as they possibly could.
Hey there,
I bought it on a record fair back in the 90's. It's just an interview disc. It was't that rare in those days so I saw it on the fairs for many years. What do you want to know exactly?
I can't say if there are really 1500 pieces pressed or not. The golden vinyl is not made of golden sperm that means nothing equal like the awards for example.
kind regards,
W.
It's nothing special, and seen quite often in record shops, fairs, online and even in charity shops. Not sure how many were produced, but it's just a bog-standard interview disc to me. Sorry buddy.

Vi er kun ganske få. det var nærmest som en spøg det startede for 20 år siden, men jeg snakker stadig sammen med et par af dem og vi udveksler info og de ting der ikke er udgivet officielt ;=)
