I was having the same problem ,but it seems it was caused by my link in my favourites.
I deleted it from my favourites, went to the website through the search engine.
Then saved again as a favourite.
You've not missed much going on.
BOOM!!! And now it works for me!!! By adding "www." to the address...
I don't understand that. Isn't that really bad for everyone else in the U.S. of A. and or wherever else on the Earth if they don't know to type that in? Or is this a personal computer problem I have? I might know what you all are talking about clearing old files or cookies or something...but I am not sure...and I am not sure if that is what the deal is for me or what. Sorry.
It seems that the issue its in your PC, as I still can access the site without the "www"
When I cant access a site or Im redirected to an error 404 (among other errors), all I do its a dns flush and everything fixes. It happens to me once or twice a year (sometimes it doesnt happen in more than a year) sometimes it happens in the same sites, sometimes just happens in random sites.
It takes about 10-30 seconds. This is how you do it:
Step 1 – Close all open web browsers.
Step 2 – Open the Windows command prompt by selecting the “Start” menu and entering cmd in the search text field box and then press "enter".
Step 3 – At the command prompt, enter ipconfig /flushdns followed by pressing the “enter” key. After a few seconds, Windows will display something like: “Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.”
Here is a video, you can see how quick the process is: link
If you still have the same issue, just restart your PC
