Usually, we should not post advancements here but you can already listen to a sound sample of the newest Mr. Peach release - Tokyo April 17th, 1981 on this website. The sound is quite amazing. link
Judging by the sample: this is the best sounding Mr. Peach tape yet:-)
I posted it in the serious discussion section too and then I found this topic. My apologies for that:-)
It'd be great to have a Mr. Peach tape from 1982 where there isn't that horrible "tinniness" associated with most Jap. audience recordings from that tour.
Oh yeah......and the incessant clapping :-)
Shit I can't wait
It sounds awesome, this is how we have to celebrate the 40th anniversary - Queen productions sucks!!!
Looking forward to listening to this gem!!!
Cheers!!!

Hmm, I guess you missed:
A night at Q-den: Fukuoka 26/03/1976 (evening)
Princess Road: Himeji 24/03/1976
Bootleg Race: Tokyo 14/04/1979
All excellent tapes by Mr. Peach!
Who knows how many Queen-concerts he taped?? He taped the entire Neil Young tour in 1976 and the entire Rainbow-tour in 1976 so let's hope he caught Queen a few more times in 1976 too (near the end of the tour...)
Am I incorrect, or was this shared back in 2009?
I can't find an active torrent for the new Tarantura release anywhere...can anyone confirm?
It would also be nice to find 'Perfume Came Naturally From Wembley'. I shared my 'Flash Alive' LP transfer a while back but I still think that it could be improved upon.
Cheers,
Keith.

Oh yes, you're right. I hope he has some 1982 shows as well.
Many thanks for the clarification Sir GH.
Judging by the quality of the 16th recording, I await this new Mr P release with great anticipation.
Cheers,
Keith.
Agreed. His bends are dripping with emotion.
It's an iconic solo where the melody is the focus, yet he never played it the same way twice.
I wonder if it's his favourite thing to play.. ?
So it looks like Mr. Peach taped ALL Queen shows in Japan in 1981, and Tarantura owns these recordings now. So more goodies will appear in the future :-)

Whoa, really? Where did you hear about the Feb 12/13/18 shows?
Myself, I'm hoping for the April 1976 shows.
All five Budokan 1981 concerts taped by Mr. Peach would be FANTASTIC!
I really hope that Mr. Peach taped at least one of the Japan 1982 concerts..
A pity that it's unknown who Mr. Peach is, so that we can ask this ;-))
