I can pretty safely say that these songs have no chance whatsoever of being played. I sincerely doubt some of the others, and I'd like to say BoRhap would be left out of the setlist, but I'm not sure Brian and Roger could bring themselves to play a Queen concert without it.
Even if playing it again would cheapen the video tribute version from the Q+PR tour.
erm... i think that a new tour setlist would be something like this:
1 - tie yor mother down
2 - Fat bottomed girls
3 - wishing well
4 - New song
5- A kind of magic
6 - I want to break free
7 - New song
8 - radio ga ga
9 - New song
10 - Another one bites the dust
11 - dragon attack
12 - some queen non-too-much-hit song
13 - bad company
14 - love of my life
15- Bohemian Rhapsody
16 - New song
17 - feel like makin' love
18 - New song
19 - I want it all
20 - The show must go on
21 - all right now
22 - we will rock you
23 - we are the champions
I think this is a more realistic list ... The hits + some of the song of the new album (if it's made) + some of Paul songs
(And i'm putting here 5 new songs...i think is too much..)

Well, Brian said (in the Jan. 2008 Guitar Player Magazine interview) that the Killer Queen solo was a favorite. (I read it at the library so I don't have the exact quote.) Anyway, maybe he is thinking about doing that song in the future on tour.
