so are they making a freddie movie or not?
first i thought johnny depp was supossed to be in it, and then i thought some other guy was gonna be in it. so what is happening, if they dont make a movie now, i think ill die.
Holy mother of God young lady! Calm the hell down! Everything is going to be okay, just hang in there! For God's sake, I doubt there will be a movie so don't get your hopes up. However, I really hope there is one. *shrugs*
It has been confirmed that they (don't know who exactly so don't ask) INTEND to make that movie, apparently focused on Freddie. Apparently (I know it's the second one), it will be a Hollywood movie. However, no actor has been cast, it's still a project.
they better make the movie. i've been hoping for some time now for more on the movie but haven't heard anything. it's gonna take foreverrrrrr if they ever do make that movie. *sigh*

Maybe it's a biography of his life so it doesn't count...?
This is indeed a biography, but There's some rumor to make a Hollywood movie about Freddie like "Ray" with Jamie Foxx. You Know this movie??
Johnny Depp is considered to play Freddie but this is only one big rumour...

Said it before, I'll say it again.
No Johnny Depp as Freddie.
No budget for that kind of actor, because no Band documentary has even made close that that kind of money. Why would Queen? And how could you sell that to an Executive Producer?

Yes, but you do realize RAY CHARLES and QUEEN aren't even close in terms of musical relevance.
The same could be said for JOHNNY CASH, who created his own musical genre.
