dunno, but...
there was a guy who did find out where practactly all of the songs from came from...Some songs are from diffenert concerts, so i think thats why its difficult to answer..
But i do think, after writing down, this the rest here will follow up with providing u a link or so to the complete list...
Some do remember!!
Bob (Sir GH) did an excellent analysis of all the songs on Live Killers by comparing them with the many bootlegs he has from that tour. It's a great read. Unfortunately his site seems to be down at the moment (?).
Anyway, I believe Don't Stop Me Now was one of those songs of which the source was still unknown. Especially the intro, as it was never performed live, and Freddie hits those high notes, while his voice wasn't exaclty in top shape for most of the tour, so perhaps the intro was from one of the early shows, and/or from a soundcheck.
Hell, ain't some songs on Live Killers many versions of the song cut together, to get the best parts? I think the intro is from one show, the verses from one, the guitar solo from another one, and so on...
And I still don't understand what's so great about that version of Don't Stop Me Now anyway. Sure, it rocks harder, but the vocals are nowhere as good as in the studio and the "Don't stop me, don't stop me don't stop me / Hey hey hey hey! /Don't stop me, don't stop me..."-part suck balls. That part of the song is just unnecissary anyway, they could have went straight to the guitar solo.
And still it is my favorite song, together with Ogre Battle.
Well if Sir GH did that...
Rumours r going he isnt doing much during the days lately!!;) So it will be running very soon:)
Looking forward to that link. I know i have been there...

Actually, I'm still pretty busy during the day! I've been writing a string quartet which is almost finished, and that has taken up a lot of my time.
As for the website... yeah, it's slowly getting there. Don't worry... you'll all know when it's finished.
