I wanted to do this a long time ago! You probably know this but... David Hemmings as Roger! (just a little problem... he's older than Roger, but still!) link link link
Well! Enjoy! I sure did! hehe! Cheers!
Yeah I don't know. I can see him as Roger in a way, but yeah it's definitely going to be hard to find someone to play Roger. They have to get someone younger obviously-for the 70s and 80s

I think this would be pretty cool. My favorite actor and my favorite singer fused into one. Crazy, but is the movie rumor true? It will be interesting to see what happens.
I think they should get someone young in the first place, and then as they get older, make and mask them up and stuff like that. It's hollywood isn't it?

FREDDIE FILM?
To answer those who have written in regarding prospect of a Freddie Mercury film, suggesting suitable actors or offering services, Management confirm..........
This film project is at this time nothing more than an idea, which is some years away from coming into fruition. Therefore no thought is being given to casting, or any elements of the production, and this will be the case for some time.
Therefore please do not send in CV's or applications to be involved. Any such e-mails will go ignored.
Sorry.

I was very disapointed, but last night I thought, wouldn't it be amazing if they made that movie and Johnny Depp got an oscar for it.

Oh, and notwithstanding the fact that David Hemmings died in 2003, he would have been an excellent choice.
When he looked like Roger.
In 1966.
<ahem>
The only person that really resembles Roger Taylor is Christopher Walken. Unfortunately, he's rather too tall, too old, and.... I don't see him being able to do the accent.
Pity really.
