I wonder if Hollywood Records will ever discontinue an album since Queen hasn't sold well in the USA.
If you had to choose to discontinue one Queen album, or they will all be discontinued, which album would you discontinue?
It's a hard decision, but I've noticed The Works is hard to find in stores, I've actually seen more Hot Space than The Works.
Flash Gordon would be my first choice. But I don't really agree that Queen doesn't sell well here. If you go to the RIAA site and search their gold & platinum listings, there are tons of Queen results with up to like 5x platinum.
I think the Queen fanbase is steady and always growing with new younger folks discovering them.. while stores can't have all titles in stock, they'll probably always be available for order at least. Queen is actually one of few classic rock bands to have a consistent, steady and complete catalog of titles available. Look at other bands where things go out of print for years or you have to get from multiple labels...

I can't say which ones don't sell well because I can only ever find live killers, the greatest hits and ANATO
The problem here is while albums still do sell, it's mostly compilations selling the greatest amounts. Everything is selling and usually things that go out of print, still are selling, but they just don't sell as good as they used to.
if you go to cd stores here, some of them have a whole Queen section devoted to them. but i havent seen hot space, flash gordon and the works at all. the most they have is greatest hits and stuff like that.
