ok queen would probably have toured the US again in 1992 because of waynes world (reasonable enough to say).
but i find it hard to understand. were queen not regarded as a great live band in the US? Imagine if some kid wanted to see them after waynes world and thought they were only about bohemian rhasody, they'd have been shocked that they had loads of great songs and a probable amazing concert...
How things can change in a few years...were queen selling out concerts in the US in 82? Still hard to believe that they went so downhill over there? The works was a good rock album so it wasn't the music, must have been i want to break free?
Queen didn't have any problems with getting audiences in their concerts, I don't think so at least.
But the problem was the selling of albums. Not a top 20 album? Not gonna tour (except for Hot Space)!
