Now I know that there is supposed to be an Innuendo demo that no-one can find on here. But I wondered if they're would have been demos for more of the Innuendo album, such as Slightly Mad, The Show Must Go On, Bijou,Don't Try So Hard.
I don't want to know where I could get them because no one probably knows and you wouldn't tell me anyway, but would it be possible that they exist?
Thanks
I also confirm that. I'm 100% sure.
I'm sorry, but it's such a stupid question to ask if demo's (or alternate takes) of a song excist.
Ofcourse they do. Do you really think every song on an album was the very very first recording they did?
To my knowledge this never happened. And even if it DID happen (with something like Bijou, it's likely) it's still unlikely that there was just 1 lead vocal recorded.

It's not a stupid question. I know they don't just record the song without a demo it's just if the demos still existed and weren't lost or destroyed or whatever.
Alright, maybe I was a bit harsh.
I don't think they kept every single take they recorded... Since they would've had a million tapes then.. But I think there should be at least one version of almost every song still around.

Well I hope so. The demos like 'Self Made Man' and 'My Secret Fantsay' were great so I'd love to hear some more. Hopefully they'll surface one day.
Before the great great Queen Anthology box-set project was shelved, I remember Greg Brooks saying there's a version of Innuendo sung by "a member of the band other than Freddie" in the vaults.
I have no idea if it was a demo, or a completed but later abandoned version, I just hope it gets included in a box-set or gets released some way or the other...
As for who's singing that particular version, my guess would be Roger, although GB never confirmed my theory :/ It would have been quite interesting to hear Innuendo with Roger on lead vocals.
