Not an official Queen release, no.. but still a copyrighted piece of work. While these unofficial documentaries push the boundaries of stealing official material for their own profit, we must assume that their own completed works are legal and copyright protected until proven otherwise. ;)

Yes, but all Queen bootlegs are also copyrighted. Queen Productions Ltd. owns the Queen sound and that includes concerts etc.
