Bobby_brown 01.07.2006 16:09 |

theinnuendo2004 03.07.2006 23:19 |
I like it! where can I found the entire version?? |
john bodega 04.07.2006 01:31 |
Yeah Roger Taylor's in this, he plays cowbell. You can't really hear it in this mix though. |
Arnaldo "Ogre-" Silveira 05.07.2006 20:43 |
Thanks! Sounds interesting in some parts. Anyone has this with better quality? 48 kbps is awful. Cheers, Ogre- |
Pierre 24.07.2006 11:31 |
This mix is way better than Love Kills (Rank 1 Remix) much much better.... |
Haystacks Calhoun II 24.07.2006 12:25 |
I looked for a full version a few weeks ago, couldn't really find anything better than the 48 kbps jobber. The other one I found is 2:41 in length. No Roger, just Freddie sped up. |
theinnuendo2004 24.07.2006 15:16 |
I'm searching for the full version too, but I got nothing... I know it's Love Kill mix by U-neeq |
Wilki Amieva 24.07.2006 21:22 |
This is Love Kills (freemasons mix) by U-NEEQ. |

Guys and gals, as I already wrote - to my poor knowledge this track was officially released on one 12" DJ single, so I don't know if I can upload it here, but... ...my e-mail is in my profile, Serry's Archive is open for everyone :) Haystacks, I would send you fan mix of Kiss even, but "This member does not allow his / her email to be displayed"... :) |
Rien 18.08.2006 10:54 |

Hmm... The recently added item to Serry's archive (besides the track you've shared) is Queen Vs Final Faze - 'Bite Da Dust (Classic Queen Club Cut Remixed for 2006 by Final Faze)' |
Walter B. 18.08.2006 15:10 |
OK, thanks. Do you happen to have the Amazing Spider-Man mixes that are on the 12" promo only: - Solution Mix - Solution Chilled Mix - B + J White Trouser Mix or tracks that Roger worked on with Virginia Wolf or Heavy Pettin'? They cannot be shared here, I know... BTW I just found out that a white label has released a 12" red vinyl of You don't fool me with two house versions... |

Virginia Wolf - I'm awaiting for this link (I'm awaiting for just one week and I'm a patient guy) Heavy Pettin - I'm afraid it's from higher league than Serry's Archive is :) |
Walter B. 18.08.2006 15:40 |
I also tried LastFM, thanks for pointing that out anyway. More about the You don't fool me mixes... A 12" red vinyl (catalogue number FOOLED 2006) of the track was released in June/July (releasedate on various sites differ). It has a Dance mix and an Ambient mix. You can listen (streaming audio) to the full tracks at link More here: link and here link It is on ebay now: link PS: Serry: sorry for asking again: Spider-Man tracks? |
Serry... 18.08.2006 15:47 |
It's quite strange but that VW album is widely available in Russia over online-shops! I don't know why... About SpiderMan - I need to check out, 'cause I don't remember all those long sub-titles in brackets :) I'll write to you about what I have. |
Haystacks Calhoun II 18.08.2006 16:08 |
Thanks, guys. |
Rien 18.08.2006 16:40 |
Did Roger work with Heavy Pettin? I know Brian May produced the album HP together with Mack. (I have that album) |

Rien wrote: Did Roger work with Heavy Pettin? I know Brian May produced the album HP together with Mack. (I have that album)You are right Rien! I had to check my text before I posted it... Is that album listenable or is it something we should forget... |
Rien 18.08.2006 17:24 |
I don't have much with the lead singer's voice. But the album is ok I guess(Heavy Pettin') Just found the track Waiting For Your Love from Virginia Wolf. That's a great track too! (and now you can find it too) |
Walter B. 18.08.2006 18:05 |
Thank you Rien! Is there something you are looking for? Maybe we can exchange songs (I am still interested in the Heavy Pettin' album). Feel free to ask. May I ask: the place where you had found the Virginia Wolf track, were there more songs from that album available? |
Rien 18.08.2006 21:06 |
yes I searched with Emule, some kind of KaZaa. |

Mail me private Walter. With yes I meant, yes there are more tracks of VW. |

Thank you Serry! |

Back sleeve of U-Neeq single is completely white. And here are the images of recently released (July 2006) 12" single "Love Kills (Rank 1 remixes)" ("...proudly presented by EMI Records and Spinnin' Records") feat. extended vocal and dub mixes : link link |

Am I right that Sunshine People Club remix and one of Rank 1 remixes will not be released on "The Very Best..."? |

Thanks Walter! I've already have: "Love Kills (Rank 1 remixes)" single - Rank 1 extended - Rank 1 dub "Living on My Own (the Egg remix)" single - Living on My Own (the Egg remix), - Love Kills (Sunshine People Club mix), - Love Kills (Pixel 82 mix) "Love Kills (Sunshine People remixes 2006)" single - Love Kills (Sunshine People radio edit) - Love Kills (Sunshine People Club remix) - Love Kills (Star Rider remix 2006) - Love Kills (Original Single version) But as I see only one of Rank 1 (don't know which one) and of Sunshine (radio) remixes will appear on album (not on singles) and on additional CD, so a couple of tracks again seems to be as "only on single" releases. |
Walter B. 22.08.2006 13:31 |
Those are the same tracks that I have. More tracks were released on promo 12" vinyls: Kills001: A) Love kills (Glimmers mix) B) Love kills (Pixel82 mix) I was born to love you (George Demure mix) listen to fragement of those tracks here: link Kills003 Living on my own (Egg extended disco dub) I don´t have these by the way ;-) And a Japanese promo cd (acetate?) for the album: link |

Having heard some of these now, I have an opinion... For the most part they've tried to include instrumentation from the original song, as opposed to most of the "Great Pretender / Freddie Mercury Album / Remixes Album" ugliness. Pixel82's mix commits the ultimate crime of lazy synch -- a whole line of Freddie voice, original pauses and all, sits akwardly on top of a pile of beats. Amateurish. Egg's mix is quite nice, as it is technically a dance mix, but has lots of atmospheric percussion-free bits. Again most of the instrumentation seems to be reworked from the original rather than the horrible techno/dance keyboards we usually get. I'll have more comments later - for now, the album's still not worth buying, and if I can get Mr Bad Circulation and Egg separately, I will. |
