We rarely know what the sources are. They just leak one day, and that's the end of it. I'm still looking for the best audio source. When I get it, I'll synch it to the video from that Italian fan's website. I've been looking for truly excellent lossless audio for such a long time, and when I find it, it will be a glorious DVD share. I can't wait. |

I found the entire concert on an MPG of 384X288, which is better than the VCD of 352X288 I had. I am attaching screen caps of "Ogre Battle" I downloaded to see what the quality was like. I am now trying to download the whole concert, it looks like it will take a while. I will make a DVD of this unless Bob shares ONLY the video of his DVD. He says he wants to wait to get the best possible audio but that could take years. I can use the video from this file and Bob's video to make a DVD for NOW. |

The audio on his copy has a few dropouts here and there anyway, so that's the main reason why I want to replace it. That, and the fact that this source is slightly inferior, because Brian's delay isn't as clear on it. It's especially bad during Doing All Right on some copies... his echo is barely audible. |

I just got an audio version of this in a trade. I haven't given it a hard listen yet, but acording to the person I got it from it was ripped directly from a VHS tape of the gig. The tracks aren't even split, each disc is just one big track. I will give this a hard listen tonight, and may even send you a copy for you to use in a DVD if it is indeed worthy and you're interested. One condition though: the final product would be freely shared, preferably as a Vine at the Queen Trades site and as a Torrent here. Knowing your oppinion on this I don't think this would be a problem. I will report back on this in the next days. |

Can you recomend a good software to do it? I don't realy have any knowledge on how to do it. anyway, I had a quick listen last night and I can tell you tha it may be promissing. the sound on this however is incredibly loud, almost as if someone played the VHS and recorded what came from the speakers. Because it is so loud it tends to sound a bit distorted at times, but that could be just because of my speakers. Other than that I can say it is perfect lossless audio, and sounds a lot better than any MP3 versior I heard before. For me it was a good upgrade. |

Virtualdub: link or: boilsoft link in dub you delete the part you don't want, so copy the original. With boilsoft you can just split the file, the original will remain intact. |

So I propose to you the following: I will send you a copy of the bootleg for you to use at will. The only thing I ask in return is for you to send me back a "remastered" version of the bootleg. By "remastered" I mean with track splits, soud equalisation (the thing is way to loud), maybe a bit of noise reduction (if necessary).
