This is like the best tv-show ever! Am I the obly one here who watches it??! |
Nathan 10.05.2006 17:02 |
No, I'm mad about Lost. I think part of the reason I love it is that it's so bizarre it's almost funny. I'm sure we'll get some answers to the questions it raises sooner or later. |
MrOrange 10.05.2006 17:05 |
Which episode are you on?? Here, today, episode 20 just ended... wow... I mean, it's just getting wierder and wierder in every episode. |

LOST-a-holic here! :D |

Lisser 10.05.2006 20:00 |
Hmmm, I wonder if I can possibly be brought up to speed on this show or just maybe buy the first season and get caught up? Sounds pretty good. What do you think Erin? Hook a sista up? |
Mr.Jingles 10.05.2006 20:01 |
At least Ana Lucia got to have some nookie before being shot. |
Erin 10.05.2006 20:13 |
Mr.Jingles wrote: At least Ana Lucia got to have some nookie before being shot.I wouldn't mind havin' a piece of that nookie. Sawyer is haaawt!! Definitely, go buy the first season, Lisser. But this season is too far gone to catch up, I'm afraid..;-) |

it is not the best tv show the best tv show is the X files they rule |
PieterMC 11.05.2006 08:11 |
The X-Files was great for the first 1st to 4th, maybe the 5th season and then it went downhill badly. It had one of the worst final episodes I have ever seen of any show. |
deleted user 11.05.2006 10:22 |
The best on TV right now...excellent show. |
Mr.Jingles 11.05.2006 10:28 |
The X Files was excellent until David Duchovny decided to do half a season on 8th, and only did the very last episode of 9th. I remember that the last episode of season 8 was the one where Mulder and Scully find that the baby is theirs. That would have been the perfect ending for a great show, but the morons had to renew it for an absolutely shitty 9th season. |

It's the only TV show I watch on purpose. |

I just looked it up on bestbuy.com. It's $50. I'm not paying $50 to watch reruns!!!! I'll sit this one out and wait until they show the reruns on A&E. God bless A&E. |

My fav character is Jack... and Kate. Matthew Fox is hot :) I can't stand Locke, he's just so annoying. Ana-Lucia was a real bitch. I've heard this season-finale will be goooooood :) So, what do you think? Is it an island? Are they being tested? Is it fate? |

I want to know what on earth killed the pilot in the first episode. If the 'monster' is nothing more than a 'security system', then what sent him with a one-way ticket to heaven? |

My mom got my step-dad the first season DVD a while ago for some sale-ish price. The "extras" are pretty funny and it's interesting hearing about how Jack was originally slated to die right off. ...Spoiler, Quite Possibly... We were very much amused when Echo and Locke were watching the Pearl "training video" and the man said the thing about the "other teams think what they are doing is of the utmost importance". I'm guessing that the watching station is probably no more or less important. |
brENsKi 12.05.2006 12:37 |
we're on about the fourth or fifth episode of series 2 in the UK. i still think that it could all be some kind of Reality TV skit where they drugged them all when they got on the plane. put them into a "fake crash site" and then watched to see how they cope...excpet the whole world is watching on tv...and that's what THEY and WE all get to find out in the end? the ultimate Reality-TV-Parody eh? |

I have no idea what to think of the island, and about the underground fascilities. I don't think it's a psychological study place. Because they signed for 4 or 5 seasons. And it would be stupid to spill the beans after 1.5 season. |
Mark_Sommers 12.05.2006 13:49 |
cheers for ruining it for the UK watchers. well done! |
Nathan 12.05.2006 13:50 |
Do you know what I think? I think that when they thought these storylines up: ('monster', the Others et al) they were unsure about what these things actually were, but once they thought up a suitable explanation, then we would all find out the answers. |
Erin 12.05.2006 14:31 |
I think with all of this Hanso Foundation stuff being brought up, the story line is going to get way more indepth next season. I still think the Hanso man looks like Locke's dad. |

Nathan wrote: Do you know what I think? That's how some novelists (and other writers, I'm sure) work, too. This is really where it's "make or break" for a show since it's a risky thing and a TV show is unlike a novel in that it's put out episode by episode and you can't go back and change things. Probably why most TV shows have largely self-contained episodes, so there's less about which to worry... magicalfreddiemercury wrote:But with knocky knees! I think they had a main plot. (what the island was, the defence system, and some stories of the characters) but that they develope it more as the series goes along. Lost is really great, every episode you learn some thing knew. But now, after 1,5 years you know as much as you did when the series just started :D Everytime you learn something a new mystery pops up. thats what makes it interesting. |

Locke is so annoying, he always says stuff like "This was meant to be" "It's fate" and he always has some philosophic answer to evreything. Jack's the best one, he is the only character who isn't wierd, he's honest. All the others have mysterious pasts, and hide stuff all the time. |
