Too bad there wasn't any screenshots, but it can't be crappy since it's on 2 dvds. The price was quite high, but if you just wait some time, it will be the lalf. It might be shared here on QZ also, but trading is also an option.
Anyway, thanks for the info.
It's this and philly that's released on dvd, or are there others?
That's a damn shame.
It's probably someone whose first thought was to report them to ebay for selling a "bootleg".
There's too much bad karma about people doing that - and there's a lot of folks who visit this forum who are too quick to want to report people.
I've made a number of DVDs in the past which I've traded(which a lot of you probably have from one source or another) which people have then sold on ebay and my thoughts are "good luck to them" (Trancer being one of those people) - I don't get all huffy and report them!
The upshot of this, is that we've now probabaly lost out on getting the concert either as a free download or buying it ourselves from the guy.
Let's face it, I reckon that the majority of people who complain about all this are the ones who've never actually recorded a show themselves and want free copies off QZ all the time rather than buying stuff!!
I mean crikey, there are loads of people on here that ask for copies of official stuff that's still available. Now THAT'S what I call bad.
Before you all have a go at me, I've shared planty of stuff - I just don't do it from this login name...
maybe instead he should have done what the guy who had the Worcester DVD did
he is asking for it to become an "official" bootleg, they sent it to brian
that way he protected himself and prevented this kind of thing from happening too
Hey! I've just had an idea...
"Hi Brian, my name is Fred Bloggs and I made a video of your Uniondale concert.
I'll send you a copy if you'll do a trade for an unreleased Queen gig with Freddie....!"
Do you think it would work?
Actually Brian would probably be grateful for any bootlegs he gets sent!
I know they keep saying that they're not recording any of the US tour, but how hard would it be for them to make even VHS recordings of the video footage shown on the big screen?
I don't understand why they don't do what a lot of bands do and sell them through the fan club....
