Ok, I would like to share another 30 seconds clip or so for all your Queen fans out there ... Here are the options: 1) a beautiful overview of Freddie's garden, including the Japanese pond he created in Garden Lodge (really stunning footage) 30 sec 2) Footage of Brian playing with the pinguins at the shooting of IGSM 30 sec 3) Group footage when they were fotographed on the couch during IGSM (apart from the "pinguin" incident, there is some more footage) 30 sec 4) Some other footage of Xmass 1989 at Garden Lodge 30 sec You can only make one choice (anyone who votes for 2 video's at the same time can't be counted in ) Stefan PS I will count votes after around wednesday or so so keep this "topic" at the top of the list |

Hi TSR (btw. I remember you had a hub before this hub,or am I wrong?) I know you have really nice and rare footage. So please don´t misunderstand me, as this is public: Do you really think, this is the right way to share (or should I say not share...) these things? OK, I can say thanks, like most here, and its really generous that you do this. But these snippets leave a bitter smell. Why don´t you ask your mate, to give permission to share at least 15 or 20 min as a whole,(talking about the GL tapes). You both would have friends here forever. |

Hello TRS-ROMANIA, I would like to thank you for all your recent uploads from IGSM. Personally I loved to see the rest from the 'making of' this clip. My Question: How much of footage do you have of this clip from Queen (5 minutes or so) Maybe you can upload the whole making of IGSM. That would be great for all of us Queenfans!! Thank you. I believe I have a black and white making of IGSM. This one was filmed by a fan during a Queenconvention. MAybe it's the same I don't know. |

I appreciate that he shares this, but on the other hand I disagree with this. These are private videos. I believe Queen is music. This is just Freddie offstage, his own private-life. Do we need to see this? Does this make us bigger fans? No. It's even disgusting. It's beautiful footage, but we aren't allowed to see this, officially. It's already too late, I'm afraid. If some of the footage contains any music, now that would be interesting, but still, it's private. The IGSM video parts are okay to me. Not a personal attack to Stefan. So no hard feelings, just my two cents. |

Garden Lodge tape contains Music, too. some piano improvisations, like "fuck off and die you fag..." and 2 0r 3 others. As far as I remember, there wasn´t payed any money for this(GLT), obviously I am not the only one who has problems with posting these snippets. It would have been much easier to place them in 1 Zip file, without any poll for some 20 seconds. Thats just ridiculous. And even if you would share some 20 minutes, you´d be in the same position as before, Stefan.You still have some extremely rare and private(!)footage for any trade you want. Imagine this: Someone here has the complete Knebworth86 show in ex. quality, and starts a poll, sharing 30 seconds of "Liar" or "Seven seas of Rhye" or "We will rock you". What would you say to that? Its really genorous, that you share your stuff, but please choose a different way. |

While I agree with the idea of centralising all available materials like this into some kind of fan-operated place where we can all enjoy them... I totally don't agree with the attitude you're displaying. The guy is offering stuff, don't bite the hand that gives you Queen stuff. Oh, a vote... Uh, no vote from me, I've no preference when it comes to snippets because they don't appear as serious downloads to me, they're more curiosities than anything... (take "You're the Only One". I heard the snippet and dumped it, then when the whole thing was uploaded it was very quickly thrown in my playlist). I like complete things. But thanks for sharing! |
