I dont know if anybody else has this problem but on the Sheer Heart Attack CD listen to track 4, Flick of The Wrist.
On mine, it goes to track 5 and plays the "Baby, you've been had" line with a fade out and then goes to Lily of The Valley in the same track.
Does anybody else have this?
I think that was done on purpose. I have a bunch of CD's like that. It's part of a complete album experience, not just listening to a song here, and a song there. But, that's just IMHO.
The timecoding for Lily Of The Valley starts with the first piano note. On the single versions of Flick Of The Wrist and Lily Of The Valley, the two songs are separated and FOTW finishes with "Baby you've been had" and then the guitar note. On the single version of LOTV, then it starts with the piano, and doesn't have either the guitar note or that pice of Freddie singing.
The prophet's song wrote: I must admit, it can be annoying because I had 'Flick of the Wrist' on my mp3 player and it went "baby you've been...bicycle, bicycle"
Yeah, I used to get that too, until I got this gizmo for Christmas. I amalgamated them all into one track so I can hear them all at once (by all I mean Tenement Funster, FOTW and LOTV.)
But that's not my point, and it's not the way it's really meant to be. "Baby you've been had!" is the closing line of the stand-alone version of 'Flick Of The Wrist'. It isn't any part of the stand-alone version of 'Lily Of The Valley'.

It is called a Creative Soundblaster and is available from the Argos catalogue, cat no. 676/7536 for £39.99. Although I think there is a new Argos catalogue out now. I have the one from before Christmas, so it might not still be in there.
