Based on an idea by Niek, this is a duet version with RT and FM doing leadvocals.
Hope you enjoy this. It has some minor flaws, but I couldn't bother to spend more time on it :P link
On first hearing of this I thought it wasnt bad at all. Only criticism I can hear is Freddie's vocals are just a bit low in the mix for me. But like I said its not bad.
I'd say 8 out of 10 for effort!!
I like this!
Gotta love DTS tracks... thanks a bunch, I really like this thing.

omg i love this version sooo much, great work! why dont you do a radio ga ga to match lol
(p.s. i know i ask this alot but can you do a version of this thats just the drum beat including the bongo thingys, same with gaga, cheers!)
again fantastic version!
Yeah, I thought the same as Ms Savage! Fred was too low in the mix. If you were trying to isolate the vocal and push the rest of the mix down, it's understandable. But if you want more vocal and less mix, I can put together a center isolated vocal for you.
As always with Audition software and it won't be perfect as you'll still get bits of kick drum and other vocals. Still, nice and interesting to listen to on its own.
Peace,
Adam.
What were the two tracks you used to make this version?
I take it they were the bog-standard audio?
It's just - are they that in sync in reality - or did you have to play about with them until they were?
Sounds like normal TATDOOL Freddie and ROTC Roger, John. I can hear audience sound very faintly in Roger's parts, so unless they added that for effect I assume it's from the DTS tracks.
As for whether or not they're actually that synchronised, I can' say because I don't have ROTC myself.

I am just impressed withe the sychronisation of the piece - but how much of it was genuine - and how much of it was 'created'?
I made a full Roger "vocal demo" studio version. I took Rogers vocal from the Dvd rip, I removed all the audience noise and gave Roger some EQ and reverb so it blends with the track very well. I also used a program called melodyne to alter some of the melody and timings. And I altered Rogers timbre, so he sounds just a little bit younger. If I think about it i'll upload it tomorrow
"Sorry but very bad..."
What's very bad about it? Roger's singing or the actual work they did to mix the two? You really oughta think up something better to say.

This is just extremely great. I hope you will allow me to add my input to it as well ..
Could you be so kind to upload an improved a new version of the song with:
- freddie's voice has to be put more upfront
- try to change the "I still love you" (at 1:17 min!) phrase that you mixed with freddie and roger, and let freddie sing that part!
I like the audience anyway, so leave that as it is ...
Could you let us know when we can expect the new version?
Stefan
Didn't check this topic since I posted the track :D
Will see if I can make a better mix tomorrow.
And yes John, they were THAT in sync. No pitching had to be done at all. I think they just used the drumpattern David Richards programmed in 1990 for the performances in 2005.
