You are a GENIUS! I know I can't stand that I can never get a human any more, and most damn computer phone menu prompts don't even work and cut me off.

That one for Delta will work but you'll get a person in India who you can't understand. Delta has outsourced all customer service calls to India. If you can't understand the Indian person you can request to speak to someone who uses English as a first language; after you wait 22 minutes on hold.
They'll work for less money than some chump in [enter country here]
Of course I've always wondered where phone calls come from in India? Probably New Zealand.
