ok, the dublin 2005 video torrent is at 98.4%, and all my vids are complete and playable, also it says the file is 907mb and i have apparently downloaded 916mb of it :S

You might've picked up what's called "Rubbish Data", where it's extra or wasted data that your PC doesn't need for the torrent files (I usually get that on the really large torrents from AnimeYume, for example...usually with those more than or equal to 8GB)
It does happen.
ED: Also, don't worry, the rubbish data wouldn't contain viruses or any crap like that, before you assume I'm implying that
