Song - Freddie's, Queen's?
Album - in different studios since tracks came from very different sessions from The Game's 'till post-Innuendo's, incl. Freddie and Roger's solo recordings.

Maybe some roots on mid 70's sessions?
Oh God I hate this question because there are so many answers!
The official answer from IQFC: "Let Me Live" – began life as "Another Piece Of My Heart" - an original demo with Rod Stewart recorded Los Angeles, September 1983 during The Works Sessions.
There are various published photographs from this session, which has appeared in a number of Queen books, but I can't think of any titles off the top of my head.
However, Rod Stewart claims that the original idea was much older - and came from a mid '70's idea for a band called "Hair, Nose And Teeth" which included Elton John (hair), Rod Stewart (nose), and Freddie Mercury (teeth).
The only problem is that we don't know if this idea got any further than just an idea, or, if as Rod suggested, they actual did some demo work together at that time.
