It's a promo. Can't be bought by itself. Even when it was in print, which it isn't now. Intended to be given away, spread like jam. It promotes sales of 'The Miracle' album :-P
But anyway, this is probably the exact file that I uploaded not long ago. It's been spreading around thanks to me ;)
This is called "Queen For An Hour", not "Queen Talks". That's why there's confusion over whether or not it's an official release.
To my knowledge, this 50-minute interview is not an official release.
i agree this for me is the best band interview, especialy when freddie talks about how much material/songs there is thats not been heard,
i really dont think this is an official release,
cheers for sharing mate:)

Released as a track called ''Queen Talks'' on the Hollywood Records' The Queen Collection in 1992. The third CD had the 50 minute interview and a special mix of Thank God It's Christmas.
Just to clarify.. the reason I'm calling it promotional is that it was basically given away by being included in that set. It has a promo catalog number (PRCD-8674-2) and was just tucked into a sleeve inside the box.
Thank God It's Christmas aside, the interview is just a damn interview.. it has no music.. should be the least of anyone's copyright worries. Was originally broadcast on radio.. this is an unedited, unpolished version, but it was never intended to be a Queen item which was up for sale.. it's just a stinking interview!

"...it should be removed."
Yawn. If I can go down to the shop and buy it, it's official. But if I have to fuck around on the internet to buy something, it's no longer available.
that does bite, though.
With all due respect, i understand and am in full support of your unwillingness to share official material. I have nothing against it, and will not promote that in any way.
My only problem is, well, as official as it may be, there really isn't much of a chance to buy the interview or find it anywhere.
The only place i can think of is eBay or a trader who just so happens to have that interview.
Just a thought, i mean, we try to let people know that if they want official material, go out and buy it or something like that. But how can they go out and buy it when it's not there for them to buy?
I know i will upset a few people, possibly a moderator here, but i wanted to put in my two cents, that's it. I meant no offense to the rules and regulations of this forum, and will stand by them as long as i am a member of it.

You're right.
But, if QZ starts to allow official material, then we would debate what's "official enough"? Is a video released only in Europe and not the US shareable on QZ? What if it's released only in Japan? Can we share that?
The rule is in place to make this a cut-and-dry issue. By saying "no official product," Richard avoids anything that might irritate QP. It's his rules and we should respect that.
My opinion.
Yeah, too often people are afraid that Queenzone will land in hot water, but who said sharing was limited to these forums? Just use MSN or whatever chat thing you whipper snappers use these days.
Yeah, it's not cool to share super official stuff thats easy to get, but with a thing like this... really, just go for it and you're scared? Keep it quiet fools! :>{)
