U2 and Paul McCartneys performance of Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band at Live 8 is number 1 in the donwload charts! So something finally pushed that dam Crazy Frog off the number 1 spot! ha ha!
Yeah, I've been reading that, and 3 great things about it.
1) Great song!
2) Shoved that damn Frog out of #1 position
3) All the royalties go directly to the Live 8 ''Make Poverty History/One'' campaign charity for food & healthcare for the people in Africa.
Macca & Bono planned peforming the song ahead of time, to OPEN Live 8, because of the lyrics ''It was 20 years ago today'' paying homage to the 20th anniversary of Live Aid July 13, 1985, and Live 8 was held just a short time on before July 2, 2005.
You gotta get out more often,:) as in...
since you have a 3 in your signature, to support the ''Make Poverty History Campaign'', read both of my articles on my blog from dates July 11, 2005, and July 5, 2005....
wow, i subscribed to recieve newsletters like the blogs you have there and iv not ahd any with news like that, thats great stuff, still fighting though!

You also should regularly go on the official Live 8 website, and there are articles about what you can continue to do, and news updates. link
There is also a place on that website to subscribe to the ''One'' campaign and sign the petition and get email newsletters,...all of which I have done and I get the email newsletters all the time.
I got one a few days ago about calling Senators here in the USA (it gave the phone number) to get a bill passed to provide care and funds for AIDS vistims in Africa.
Then I got another newsletter telling me that Congress..passed the bill and thanking people for calling their USA Senators! YEAH!
