With the band members of Queen's A. body parts B. sexual partners C. drug use D. and miscellaneous ie., hairlines, retirement and other things They are mortals folks like you and me. The have their opinions, problems, illness, problems with alcohol and (drugs, not likely these days) Cant an intelligent discussion begin without the topics of how big they are or were in their trousers...geez! Its sickening! As for those young girls who have crushes on them, man! Its kind of nauseating since they are old enough to be their father or more likely their grandfathers practically... Kriz >:o( |

You got a point, but keep in mind - judging from the picture you have - most of the Queen fans on this forum seems to be under the age of 20. Should you have wondered about these things, you may have done years ago (I was thinking from your picture you are about ... euh... getting on just above 25?). It's with the age. These things pass. Now, you got any body parts we could talk about? (Ok, I'm getting in trouble again...) ;-) |
Fenderek 13.07.2005 09:44 |
Krizzy- you're right. I'm affraid though the avarage age of a queenzon member is about 3.5, maybe 5... ;) |
Krizzy 13.07.2005 09:50 |
Thank you Chrirons and Fenderek! I find it kind of funny that some of my sex (ahem! female :o)!) are still fascinated with Queen members (living or not) various personal things...Maybe its me but I just love their work...yeah...I guess its me and you guys! LOL!!! Kriz ;o) |

As Spike Miligan once said: She had beautiful eyes and a great personallity. She was very smart too. But all this didn't matter as she had reali nice breats. (what's the point of this... I have no idea) |

I agree, this obsessing over the band members is kind of freaky and it's starting to give everyone my age a not so great reputation...I mean, Roger, Brian and John all have kids older than we are! And they're close to approaching my grandpa's age, and these posts going on about Brian's body parts or whatever are not something I want to be associating with him! Time for me to leave this thread now...! |

Yup. Just like everyone else - to work everyday. Hey- I can think of worst things to be obsessed over. Ride 'em cowboy! |

You know what's scary about this subject is that these young people on this board instead of trying to find a new band out there with "young" hot guys is obsessed with one that had its heyday back in the 70s and 80s. That's frightening to me! Come on girls...their are young hot men in bands RIGHT NOW!!! They play inpubs and bars and garages all over the world...I'd put money on it! Put on your best sexy outfits and GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!!! Please! |

Or fantasizing about men that are old enough to be fathers/grandfathers to young girls on this board? Yeah...THAT makes sense. |

You are some scary people! First off there are some talented and cute people out there, you need to think of the future not of the past, this is why rock and roll is dying. Get out and support your local bands! That's all I meant! Kriz >:( |
My Melancholy Blues 15.07.2005 20:13 |
I understand what you mean, Krizzy... But imho, it's kind of hasty to think that rock is dying. If you feel so, there may be other reasons for it. Because it's been years and years since rock'n'roll was born. I don't know rock is actually dying or not, and even if so I don't know why, either. But I've noticed most of young girls around me are getting into new commers whether they are domestic or foreign and some of them like older bands as well and few around me are still obsessed with them especially...there may be a gleam of hope anyway...there are always various types of people around there, who have supported music business...and it's unnatural to force oneself to change one's interest to other...indeed, a few years ago, I tried to force myself to think it weird to stick to older music. But I found that it would be weirder to go from one extreme to another...so I let myself natural..., and knowing the old may lead to knowing the new...and the reverse would be true sometimes. |

Yeah, we're all good mates but we all throw garbage at eachother while we're onstage just for a laugh. The only local band I like is the one I play drums for. The rest are shite. AND DON'T FUCKING TELL ME WHO TO SUPPORT!! ...And that's my rant done for the day. Excuse me while I fall back into immense depression... |

I agree except for the drug part. Drugs have influenced so much great music(just look at the White Album). What is amazing to me is how sober Queen was in creating such beautiful music. Hearing a song like March of the Black Queen, I would just assume that they were on acid and at some creative high that mortals can't get to. Instead, they really did the music almost totally drug free. That is intersting to me. Personally I wish these boards were a constant protest for Greg Brooks to hurry up and get the anthology material ready for release. I need my Queen fix. |
