I'm leaving to go to Aruba tomorrow morning at 2:30! I'm a little worried about the flight because the hurricane is supposed to hit tomorrow as well, but I'm sure they'll find a way around it. But ya, I'm so excited!!!! I still haven't packed yet, but I'll still be checking out QZ for most of today. I just felt like posting this cos I'm wicked, wicked, wicked, wicked, wicked, wicked, excited! Yes, that should cover it. And, I'll be back next Saturday!
Man, I bet I'll get one hour of sleep at the most tonight. I haven't been falling asleep lately till 12:30ish (before that I was going to bed at 2 or 3),plus I'll be wicked excited, so if I'm lucky I'll get an hour in. lasdjfkajdflasjdLDJFAKLSDFJLAJALSDFJLAJLAALADLFLK

As America says.
DO NOT GO TO ARUBA, THERE ARE DANGEROUS KIDNAPPERS THERE.
I'm back! Aruba was very nice but I am quite happy to be home. I'm definately looking foward to sleeping in my own comfy bed tonight, lol.
The weather was hot but the ocean was so awesome!! The hurricane Emily, touched a little on us yesterday and the waves were GIANT! I had a wicked lot of fun body surfing with my folks. The waves were still big this morning but not as big as yesterday. But the coolest thing was seeing iguanas and lizards everywhere. The longer I make this the more boring it'll be.
I do have some pictures. I'll try to upload them soon and then give you all a link. :-)
I uploaded most of my photos, here's the link: link
I also took some mini (like 8 seconds long each) videos with our camera, for the first time. It won't lemme put them on photobucket, though.

Welcome back Jess. I hope you had an awesome time, and judging by the pics it looks like you weren't bored at all. I'm very glad you took pictures of that parrot. It looks very cute.
Btw, where did youn get all those Queen posters? I have some rare posters that I got from Ebay, but you have more than I do.
Mr. Jingles, my mum bought me those posters (well, my brother gave me one as a birthday present two years ago) but I'm sure she just googled them. Here are some I just found:
This one is like my Boh Rap one..it's a little different than mine, I think I wanna buy it, myself: link
Here are a few more posters (but they seem very small..only ten inches by eight): link
Here are some toward the bottom of the page: link
Other than that it is pretty hard to find them. I hope those pages help you some.
And about the parrots (there were four of the red ones), I thought of you (and Janet) the minute I saw them. There were two red ones in each cage, and in one of the cages both of the parrots seemed pretty sick. Their feathers looked like they were falling out and fading. And, they hardly did anything. They had some green ones that looked like Pakito (of course he is so much cooler) and I wish I took a few pictures of them.

It hurts me to see parrots without their feathers. They're either signs of them being ill, or just being completely distressed. When parrots feel like that they end up plucking all their feathers off. It's very heartbreaking.
Well, unfortunately, I wouldn't be surprised if they were distressed. There are so many people around them and loud shows at night and varoius other activities that must be quite disturbing for them. And who knows, people could easily nag them and try to poke them (the cages are GIANT) or so many other things. :(
