There are a few like that...
'39, for exaple has different lyrics than what Brian sang on the album, but they are the same as what Freddie sang live.
I believe there are a few more, but can't think of them off the top of my head.

I am a fan indeed. I'm not shocked by wrong printed lyrics at all. It's just something i saw when i was reading the lyrics..

Speaking of that.... What does they actually say in Dead On Time ?????? I can't hear they are singing dead on time :S ????
Maybe Freddie just forgot the lyrics. I mean on the live at the bowl dvd he says "Action, give me" instead of "Action, this day" and calls the song action. At Live at Buenos Aires 2-28 1981 he totally butchered the lyrics to "Need your Loving Tonight" (well could Freddie really butcher anything, he could sing the phone book set to music and would be great)

They calls Bohemian Rhapsody as Bo Rhap, but not because they forgot full title actually...
"Action, give me" line - it's something called live improvisation...

Alternative lyrics for live versions! '39, Tie Your Mother Down, Action This Day, Hammer To Fall, Back Chat - amongst others!

Ooh, yeah
Fool always jumpin' never happy where you land, hey
Fool got no bus'ness take your living where you can (ha)
Hey, hurry down the highway
Hurry down the road
Hurry past the people starin'
Hurry hurry hurry hurry
Leave on time leave on time
Never got your ticket but you leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
Gonna get your ticket but you leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
Put it in your pocket but you never can tell
Leave on time leave on time
Shake that rattle gotta leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
Fight your battle but you leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
You never got a minute no you never got a minute
No you never never got oh no matter
Fool got no bus'ness hangin' around and tellin' lies
Fool you got no reason but you got no compromise
Hey, stampin' on the ceilin' hammering on the walls
Gotta get out gotta get out gotta get
Oh you know I'm going crazy
Leave on time leave on time
Gotta get ahead but you leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
Gonna head on ahead but you leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
You're runnin' in the red but you never can tell
Woh hey hey
Oh oh
Oh hey hey yeah
Ooh honey honey, gotta get laid
Where's my money where's my money
Wanna get paid wanna get paid
Leave ya leave ya leave ya
Leave on time leave on time
Gotta get rich gonna leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
But you can't take it with you when you leave on time
Leave on time leave on time
Got to keep yourself alive gotta leave on time
Gotta leave on time leave on time
Dead on time
'You're dead !'

Because live versions tend to be longer than the album version - Hammer To Fall, Another One Bites The Dust, Back Chat, Crazy Little Thing Called Love et al, Freddie has to have something to sing - so he ad libs !!!
