Videos exist of (ones I'm aware of): Fancourt Brixton Paris (30 mins) Rome Pesaro Vienna Prague (30 minutes) Most shows exist in audio form. |
queenmagicvision 21.05.2005 11:38 |
People who have any of the video recordings from this tour please comment abut them. I only have Brixton, Paris, Rome, Prague so far. *BRIXTON: Is the most bootlegged show from this tour. The opening date for this spring tour so not the best one. The video quality is quite good and enjoyable to watch, but for audio you should get the entire version because the video is until The Show Must Go On due to battery die. So no encore filmed. Tracklisting 01. Intoduction 02. Reaching Out 03. Tie Your Mother Down 04. A Little Bit Of Love 05. I Want To Break Free 06. Fat Bottomed Girls 07. Crazy Little Thing Called Love 08. Seagull 09. '39 10. Love Of My Life 11. Hammer To Fall 12. Brighton Rock 13. Last Horizon 14. These Are The Days Of Our Lives 15. Radio GaGa 16. Cant Get Enough Of Your Love 17. Im In Love With My Car 18. I Want It All 19. A Kind Of Magic 20. Bohemian Rhapsody 21. The Show Must Go On (incomplete) *PARIS: Heavily edited, the quality is really bad and it was filmed distant. I recommend it only for die-hard collectors. I really wonder if there's a better different source from this show. Tracklisting 01. Tie Your Mother Down 02. I Want To Break Free 03. Crazy Little Thing Called Love 04. Hammer To Fall 05. I'm In Love With My Car 06. Guitar solo 07. Radio Ga Ga 08. I Want It All 09. It's A Kind Of Magic 10. Bohemian Rhapsody 11. The Show Must Go On 12. We Will Rock You 13. We Are The Champions *ROME: There were some problems with The Vatican that didn't want Queen to do the show due to the death of the Pope but Queen finally played and did a good show. Pity that we have a very short version of that show. 18 minutes from one source and 8 from other. I know that a 3rd source exits and is the best one. You can find a prewiew on the multimedia section at link Source #1 Tracklisting 01. Tie your mother down (slow/fast) 02. I'm in love with my car 03. Love of my life 04. These are the days of our lives Source #2 01. Tie your mother down 02. A little bit of love Source #3 (I would be very thankfull if Luca gives information about the version that is on his web link *PRAGUE: Great show. Nice versions of Fat Bottomed Girls, I'm In love with my car and Let there be drums. Once again an incomplete recording. According to Mr.Skully there are 3 differents sources from this show but all of them cover only the begginning of the show so no full version aparently exists! Tracklisting 01. Tie Your Mother Down 02. I Want To Break Free 03. Fat Bottomed Girls 04. Crazy Little Thing Called Love 05. Say It's Not True 06. '39 07. Love Of My Life 08. Hammer To Fall (slow/fast) 09. Let There Be Drums 10. I'm In Love With My Car 11. Guitar solo (incomplete) Any addition, correction, commentary of other video recordings are welcome! ;-) |

There are many many more videos. I think it would be quicker to say which concerts have NOT been filmed. I think there's no Stockholm (or is it?) and Prague and Budapest are not complete. Haven't come across the Spanish dates either. The UK tour was covered very well. |

I share in the queenhub the following selfmade video's: Dortmund 25th April -------------------- Reaching Out / Tie Your mother Down (complete, filmed from back of the hall, lightshow nicely visible) Crazy Little Thing Called Love (complete, filmed from the back) Say It's Not True (complete, filmed from the back) '39 (complete, filmed from the fence at the end of the catwalk, 2 meters away from Brian) Hammer To Fall, (last 30 secs missing because card was full, filmed also from 2 meters away). reason that last 2 were filmed at the front was that we had seats in the back, but after a few songs Brian invited all to the front, so we ran forward and got a 1st row place at the end of the catwalk against the fence :-) videospecs: 320x240 pixels, 19 frames/sec with sound. |

If you need some short footages, just check my site wlink it's quite out of date now, but we're working on it these days so you can expect to see some more exclusive recordings in a couple of days! Hope it may help, though we can't offer full recordings of course.. |

An old thread, but do anyone have an overview over what gigs that was filmed now? |
AlexRocks 05.11.2005 12:09 |
Yes but in terms of what was proffesionally recorded from this tour what was there? I imagine that the show in South Africa for the Nelson Mandela 46664 concert was filmed. Then I only know about Shefield for the d.v.d., Hyde Park, one or two of the two U.S. shows, and then one or two of the (what was it two?) Japan shows. That's going to be quite a bit anyway once the tour continues next year in the U.S. and worldwide! |

I'm currently trying to get as many recordings from Arnhem as possible. These can be phone or photocamera video recordings. I want to use them to create a concert video for the whole concert. The audio will be based on the well known FLAC bootleg, with perhaps some other recordings of the same night mixed in. But currently I've got not enough video to even complete a full song, so if anyone has any video material from the Arnhem concert, please contact me by email at 'queen.boot.arnhem' at gmail.com. |

It's a major hub for many airlines. If you want to give me a date and time I'll most definitely meet you. It might be hard for me to get past security now since my husband no longer works for delta but I can try and use my "ways." Give me your flight number also and I can check the gate your flight comes in and meet you there. I live 10 minutes from the airport!! An hour is time enough to snap some photos and have a beer!!! :) |
