Hi,
I bought what appears to be a Bootleg Queen picture disc a few years back, and now I am in the process of selling the last few things of my collection.
The only bit of information on the picture disc is "Queen +3+1 Porm Orlake" etched on either side of the record and the words "QUEEN 3" on one side in white text.
I don't know what is on the record as I do not have a record player. Both sides have a picture of Freddie singing. On the sleeve one side is the Bohemian Rhapsody picture and the other Freddie singing in his Superman white t-shirt.
Can anyone tell me any more about this record? Where it come from? Etc?
Thanks
Adam
It's highly likely to be an interview picture disc. Not illegal, not official either.
Worth having if you want a circular poster, or if the interview is any good.
So if I was to sell it on Ebay I should just start with a low asking price??
Also the problem is what do I call it, I can't play the record so I'm not sure what's on it at all.
I'll tell you what: if you're willing to sell me the disc for between $5-$20 (US or CDN) + whatever shipping is to Canada, I'll probably buy it at the end of this month, and save you the headache of even finding a name for it. (Interview discs aren't generally worth that much, as far as I'm sure)
If you're OK with the offer, or wish to discuss it further, e-mail me at inuyasha@queenzone.com
